I visited Mestil in January 2024 for a work trip and fell in love with the ambience, culture, welcome, environment and food. Great service too. Clean rooms, quick service, excellent culinary experience and the bar was amazing. The reception area was very relaxing and gives a great customer engagement. Set in a quiet suburb, I looked forward to getting back home!

Our stay will be memorable! I booked with the help of Cosmos. It was a surprise honeymoon location for my wife, She real liked the place and the deco. The food was amazing and Salaama was very caring. However, I expected access to internet but wasn't on. I think it will make the place even better. I recommend Mestil hotel to any person looking for a honeymoon hotel.

The customer service and interaction was top notch. Bright and Chris at the reception were fantastic . Robinah was professional as well and very solution driven with all our questions . Absolutely recommend Mestil for all business events.

What a wonderful home away from home. From the security outside, to the reception (Bridget and Nelson) who greeted me with a huge smile but genuine care. There is a gym that is well equipped and Spa that has (Sauna and Steam room). The food is delicious, and the waiters always happy to help. The rooms are spacious and clean, I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is visiting Kampala.

I stayed at Mestil for 6 weeks and it was an amazing experience. I thought I was getting an apartment, rather I got a community of wonderful people - a family of caring and selfless people. I remember one day I was late for lunch and I was really hungry such that my vision was getting impaired. I rushed to the restaurant and lunch had just closed. There was no food. Rather than turn me back, Sharon Bii, one of the hotel staff, called me back and handed me a pack of food that was meant to be for her. I insisted that I couldn't take it from her, but apparently she insisted more than me. I really felt cared for. Others including Cedric, Prisca and way too many others to mention went above and beyond to ensure my stay there was worthwhile. I high recommend Mestil if you like excellent service and a community of staff who are like family. One day I did not go for breakfast and they reached out to my room to be sure all was well. Other hotels will be thankful you did not show up. Thanks to you all. I really enjoyed my stay.

I was there for my graduation Lunch with my family on Saturday. Cosmos took my reservation a day before and he was very helpful and welcoming. Jesca in the restaurant was outstanding! She took good care of us the entire time. The food was nice, the ambiance and the entire place is just beautiful! I highly recommend.

Very nice rooms, super housekeeping staff, friendly front desk. I appreciated the turndown service in eve. Food at dinner and lunch very good. Services are very expensive: $4 to clean a shirt, $16 for a basic burger, car hire service was 3x going rate, and my airport pickup took 1 hour and 15 mins even tho it was midnight (we drove by Munyonyo). Worst moment was inviting a friend and her son to visit and share a later afternoon drink and wanted to sit at the restaurant, but we're chased away unless we planned to buy food. "You must go to the bar or the pool unless you will order food here." Then the last night my AC stopped working during the night. Mestil can do better for what they charge.

This hotel is not what it presents, Pictures are nice, but the hospitality is horrible. I've reach out to management over twenty times regarding a financial issue I have. They are rude and are not accommodating; I guess because we live in the US, they don't have to worry about responding and resolving a financial compliant. They have not resolved my problem and now my email and phone number has been blocked by the Hotel Manager and the Finance Manager. Booked April 6, 2023, stayed June 17th - 23rd of 2023.

Was here to attend for the suppliers conference organised by NSSF. Hall Name: Lake Bunyonyi Amenities: Accessible (ramp, steps, elevator), Carpeted floor, AC, Gypsum Ceiling, Well lit, Wall Speakers, Projector, Furniture- comfortable, sustainability ♻️ Refillable water bottle available. Internet Connection: Superb Parking: Lots of outdoor parking spaces I was unable to inspect the rooms due to limited time on me I will visit the accommodation and hotel's services and share them in my next post Check my images
