It was clean, and the staff were kind and polite, so I had a pleasant stay.
The lobby is on the 13th floor, so you can go out to the terrace and it has a nice open, bright feel.

Hotel has limited parking lots, and it cannot be reserved (it is first-come-first served parking lots), while other nearby parking services are occupied by crowd of people as this is the time of golden week in Japan. We found a nearest available parking lot 3.5 km away from the hotel. There is no taxi during the golden week so I have to walk back to hotel. The lobby is on the 13th floor. This is no trolley cart or anything for carrying our luggages. The room is small even we have upgrade to 20m x 20m size. It is not clean. Our room floor has covered by a full of dust. It is hard to move our Futons and not to spread those powder.

I had to wait 10 minutes in line for check-in. I couldn't open the door after I picked up the room lock. The front desk had changed the system on the 13th floor, and I couldn't open it even when I went down. I had to go up to the front desk again and talk to them. We very much enjoyed our stay. Staff are polite and helpful. I did get late check out at noon for a small fee. The breakfast is huge and coffee/tea in room is nice. I picked this location as it is a 5 minute walk from Kanazawa station. We walked about 15 to good food and another 20 to the geisha district. Also, great job to this hotel for easing up on all the throw away single use and plastics we appreciated that! - Leilani from California:)

It's quite close to Kanazawa Station. You can definitely get there within 10 minutes. It has a small bed room for two people. The toilet smells a bit damp, but overall it's okay.
