The food was excellent, both dinner and breakfast. The varieties of dishes and presentation were great. They offered friendly and courteous services. One of the onsen was a bit under expectation in terms of size but it’s still good enough. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The room is very clean and tidy, and the facilities are very complete. There is a water dispenser, coffee machine, refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom is also very detailed. From the music to the smell, it makes people feel happy.

It’s a very nice onsen. The outdoor one is magnificent, especially on a snow day. The hotel staff is very friendly.

No one in the hotel understands English or Chinese, and a translator is needed for communication, which is very inconvenient. The dressing room only has a hair dryer, no face cream, and no moisturizer.
