식당이나 다른 직원분들은 모두 친절하신데 유독 리셉션 직원분들의 응대가 불친절하고 매우 아쉽다고 느꼈습니다.
2박을 투숙했는데 두번째날 객실에 생수가 없어서 직접 로비로 내려가서 생수를 요청했더니 자초지종도 묻지도 않고 원래 정수기에서 마시면 된다고 답변을 하여 정말 어이가 없었습니다.
객실로 돌아가려다가 화가나서 다시한번 객실에 물을 안 넣어줬다고 이야기하니 그제서야 물을 찾고 한참을 기다리니 재고가 없어서 객실로 올려보내준다고 하더군요.
그 과정에서 죄송하다거나 사과는 단 한마디도 없었습니다. 결국 생수를 다른 직원분을 통해서 전달 받았습니다만 절대 재방문 의사 없습니다.
체크아웃하는 날 리셉션의 다른 직원분도 친절함이라고는 찾아볼 수 없었습니다. 이전에 바로 옆 가나자와 센트릭하얏트에서 묵을 때와는 전혀 다른 서비스였습니다.

硬件真的是日本酒店的天花板😅
房間不是一般的大 設備也不是一般的齊全。鍋碗瓢盆樣樣俱全！連洗碗機都配。
地理位置極佳，出JR站5分鐘！周邊的兩個商場超級好逛！
服務衹能説有點普通，第二天做了晚飯，第三天打掃後還是一股味道😅顯然排風不行，也不給個空氣清新劑。提前想請幫忙電話預訂晚餐，回答公寓不提供這服務，我建議你訂酒店。
不過總體還是天花板！推薦！

很慶幸第一次到金澤訂了凱悦嘉寓，房間大，冰箱微波爐都有，便利店買回來的便當可以加熱，冷飲也可以放冰箱。鍋碗瓢盆也很齊全，超市裡買回來的刺身吃起來就很方便了。住了三天，很超值！
