Decent location and decent amenities. Comfortable bed and nice towels. Room includes kettle and tea. Lobby has some amenities for the bath. Unfortunately day two was the major 7.6 earthquake and when I return to the hotel the elevators were not working. I relocated from the ninth floor to the second for the night. Hotel tried to accommodate others during the chaos. Of note the day after the earthquake they wanted to triple my room rate, when I protested, then decided they would not . All in all a pleasant stay except for one older lady at the reception desk who was stern and rude.

Stayed here for three nights. The location is very good, within walking distance to the station and Omi Town.
However, there was a very pungent smell of Southeast Asian spices or curry in the room. It was really overpowering. After asking the front desk to change rooms, it only weakened, but it was still there. I asked the front desk if they had picked up an Indian group, and they said no.
The room is not big, but it is normal in Japan. The attitude of hotel staff is quite good

The location is perfect, next to Omi Market. The hotel is clean (the aroma is nice, the lobby is casual, the rooms are nice and compact, and the amenities are good). Breakfast is provided by Italian restaurant Il Chianti and is of high quality. The cost performance is definitely good. I would like to stay here again when I come to Kanazawa, and I can confidently recommend this hotel to my friends!

I stayed here in 2013 through a recommendation from the company I worked for. I've been using it ever since because it's close to Omicho Market and the transportation is very convenient. The response from the front desk and the woman cleaning the floor was also good.
There is also a 7-11 near the hotel, which is very convenient. There is also a parking lot at the back of the hotel that can accommodate 6 cars. If the parking lot is full, you can also use the multi-storey parking lot behind Meitetsu Mza. For breakfast, we ate at the Italian restaurant on the first floor. They will also make you a hotel original Trinity Resol card. This time, since it was my first time using the service in 3 years, all the points had disappeared, but they added new points and updated them. I would like to use it again next year.
