OYO 9443 Hotel Ramakrishna

Nice budget hotel, well mannered staff, recently removed and better than before. Close access to the beach and other food spots. Have stayed here multiple times and they don’t fall short of what to expect. Will surely recommend for travellers for quick and budget friendly stay.

Super helpful staff We stayed 1 night. The person at the check-in was super helfpful. He showed us another room when we asked to get something away from the street. We ended up in the room overlooking the street and did not have trouble with noise at all. Clean well decorated room, clean bathroom. The person at the check in helped us a lot of information about ways to explore mahabalipuram, how to get to chennai next day, where to eat etc. Also showed us a shortcut to go to the music festival on the beach. We were also able to keep our luggage next day after checking-out. location is very close to the beach connected to the fisherman colony. The shore temple beach is also not very far. many eateries walking distance.

The hotel is very close to the shore temple. The room is decent. However there is no geyser and hot water was provided after multiple requests.

Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful, location is good, nearby beach. Few cons include rooms being smaller in size, absence of self restaurant and unavailability of coffee and tea powder in room (though an electric kettle was provided, it was of no use)
