#positive #I was happy with the Room Layout, Hotel Smell, Bed Comfort Level, Nearby Activities; Very good! We were given a free upgrade! The hotel environment is great. You can walk to the cable car to the mountain to go to Lake Oesinen. Staying at the hotel will get you a 20% discount on the cable car ticket. There are many restaurants around and a supermarket outside.

We had a wonderful, timeless stay. We recommend this hotel which is located in one of the most beautiful corners of Switzerland. The place is very pleasant and serves two ski resorts. One smaller for teaching younger children and the other (Adelboden) ideal for big skiing.

Facilities and staff: Everything was top notch. We particularly liked the games room and the pool. Location: Central. View of the mountains: Impressive. We can highly recommend the Hotel Victoria, including the half-board package that we chose.

The apar**ent of the Victoria hotel in House B was top notch, a real gem! It was light, roomy, luxury, cosy and fully equipped. Also, the parking garage underneath was very practical. The Victoria is located in the centre of the Kandersteg village with everything closeby and all hotel services (like the swimming pool) are also available to the apar**ent guests. All in all, we really enjoyed it!

This is my fifth or sixth visit to the hotel over the years. As ever, the hotel is welcoming. The staff are pleasant and efficient. The rooms are clean and functional. Breakfast is good. The bar is a good place for an after ski drink at the end of the day.

Our stay was very pleasant as with every visit to the Victoria. The cleanliness is impeccable, the service top notch. The bosses are attentive and very accommodating. At the hotel restaurant “le Riter” you will eat succulent dishes, and the off-duty lunch and dinner menu is very well stocked. Thank you very much to the entire Victoria team

By mistake, I had booked the next day. The hotel was full with a large reception on Saturday evening. The lovely receptionist offered us an apar**ent instead of a room, apologized for not being able to accommodate us half-board and even spontaneously reduced the price. Magnificent sense of welcome! Thank you, that feels good. We will come back with pleasure especially since everything was perfect.
