"This small, newly renovated, family-run hotel is very clean. The room is small, and the double bed is a bit narrow. The bathroom is spotless and of Swiss quality. Since it's an old building, you can hear people walking upstairs. There's a coffee machine, but the coffee is terrible. The breakfast is fresh and continental, but some items are sold out and won't be available again. There's ample free parking. The hotel offers a free sauna, which is in excellent condition, but bathrobes and other items need to be purchased. The hotel's scenery is stunning and perfect for hiking, and it's not far from the cable car station."

Chalet Hotel Adler AG

"We had a booking for 3 nights only to be told on our arrival that we were expected the next day so we were put for 1 night in the neighbouring hotel. For the rest of 2 nights we were upgraded to the suite from a deluxe double room. The suite was clean, spacious. On our second night there was no hot water so we were unable to use the jacuzzi. When reported to reception we were told they have put the water on so if there isn’t hot water in 15-20 minutes they cannot do anything about it. In the end we had water after 11pm. The receptionist on the evening was very abrupt and rude. Would not recommend breakfast, very few options to none. The restaurant is nice but most of the staff are saying they don’t speak English. "

"The parking is chargeable, so we didn't reserve a table for the evening, the welcome was very poor. We won't stay at this hotel again because of the welcome. Avoid. Choose another, more welcoming hotel in the area, and there are many others."

"What a fabulous place. We booked a last minute break to meet friends who live in Switzerland. We stumbled on this lovely accommodation. The hotel is a lovely Swiss style property. The welcome was very friendly and all details were explained. We came from England and needed an adapter plug which we were able to borrow with a deposit. The rooms are simple but great the beds are comfy, lovely views from the balconies. We were lucky enough to even get a small bath in our room. There is a recreational room that we used to play some board games that were for everyone to use. There is a mini bar style fridge where you can purchase drinks. There is also a lounge style seating area. Breakfast is fantastic here and absolute highlight. Continental select including croissants, cheeses, meats, cereals, yogurt and fresh baked bread. There are lots of drink choice both warm and cold. Staff are very attentive and polite. I would recommend this accommodation to others without a doubt."
