Hotel surprenant dans un style colonial anglais. L'ancienne maison est le cœur du complexe pour l'accueil et les repas. Nous replongeons dans le passé avec plaisir. Super service, excellent dîner et petit déjeuner de grande qualité, nappe blanche, couverts anciens..un vrai plaisir. Les bungalows sont dans forêt et offre une expérience sensorielle unique. Le côté bois donne un vrai style. A réserver absolument.

Nestled in the bottom of the Hanthana Mountain range, the Mountbatten bungalow is a colonial-style property with lovely chalets. Surrounded by greenery and wildlife the property is a great place for relaxation. Mr. Raj (Villa Manager) and his team are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were served in the main building dining hall, but the food was mixed. Nicely maintained garden. Sadly, we had to cut short the trip due to a family emergency but will surely visit the property again.

Feeling and enjoying the colonial time in Kandy on a top location. Overviewing the deep valley and experiencing the peacefullnes of being on an island. Then being served by one of the best hosts of Kandy, Mr Chulan, is an absolute nice experience. And you will feel how royalties were once treated.

Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend, liest einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab, auch ist es sehr sauber und man bekommt alles was man möchte - die Ruhe ist sehr schön viele Vögel und frisches Obst und Gemüse aus dem Garten hinter dem Hotel!

Chulan and his team are so warm-hearted and courteous. The hotel is located in a beautiful, quiet landscape in the mountains of Kandy. You are woken up with the chirping of birds. The traditional Sri Lankan food was excellent. We felt very comfortable.

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits à l’hotel Mounbatten lors de notre voyage de Noces. Un séjour hors du temps ! Hôtel de type colonial, les chambres sont spacieuses, très bien aménagées et la salle de bain est splendide. Du calme, de la sérénité, le chant des oiseaux, la piscine à débordement…. tout était réuni pour passer un séjour inoubliable en Amoureux! Le personnel est aux petits soins, très discret . Les repas sont copieux et succulents, nous avons eu une petite attention pour notre Honey Moon, nous avons été très touché ! Les petits déjeuner sont au top ! Un petit coin de paradis pour une déconnexion totale ! Je recommande !
