Belle piscine, chambre accueillante, spacieuse, plateau de courtoisie, literie confortable, lit king size, clim. ventilo au plafond. manque un petit balcon ou terrasse, pour étendre le maillot de bain après la piscine. Repas servi en buffet, avec du choix. Hôtel beaucoup trop excentré, possible de rejoindre le centre ville en tuk-tuk

Très bel hôtel, des chambres très confortables et spacieuses Vue magnifique des chambres Un salon piano bar ou les cocktails étaient excellent Très belle piscine, par contre pas adapté aux personnes a mobilité réduite, beaucoup de marche a descendre pour y accéder ( un bain qui se mérite ) Très belle salle de restauration, avec vue a 270° sur la ville, repas variés

Had a much too short stay at this hotel. We were greeted with a cold drink and warm smiles. There was a beautiful panoramic view and a very nice room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Buffet dinner and breakfast were very good with lots of choices of both local and western-style food. Service at reception and the dining room was excellent.

Very nice middle-class and middle-size hotel on a hill in Kandy. Depending on the floor and direction of your room, you´ve a wonderful overview on the city of Kandy or on the surrounding hills. Hotel´s restaurant and staff are quite ok - with a mixture of local food and typical tourist buffet. The pool´s very nice. Unfortunately the hotel is not completely accessible.

An amazing hotel room, suite I should say. Fantastic all round views, amazing. Lovely hill top location. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room was just fantastic, huge, comfy bed and pillows, like an apartment. The food in the restaurant was first class, the ambience was really nice. The bar area was comfy and relaxing, the staff here are so friendly, made us feel very welcome. Loved it.

Abbiamo fatto due notti , hotel in cima ad una collina con panorama bello. Camera un po datata spaziosa , bagno con kit di cortesia, buffet molto ricco sia cena che colazione. Letto molto comodo e anche cuscini. Personale sempre disponibile

Fijn hotel. Helaas niet het zwembad gebruikt. Kamer was schoon en ruim. En de wifi was goed! Eten in het restaurant was zeer uitgebreid, met salade, soep, pasta, vlees enzovoort. Het hotel ligt helemaal op een berg, vanaf hier is te ver lopen om naar het stadje te gaan.

After a couple of very second rate hotels (pre-booked by Tour Agent) I was delighted to arrive at Topaz Hotel atop the hill in Kandy. The check in staff were polite and covered all the details of my overnight visit over a welcome drink. My room was spacious and clean with a separate sitting area and a panoramic view over the town. The dining room was bustling and the food good quality, service very attentive. The lounge area downstairs looked good but was busy (Friday night) so I didn’t stop. I didn’t use the pool but it looked very inviting. No complaints from me, I enjoyed a clean, roomy space, two good meals, friendly smiles and service with a spectacular view over a charming town.

This hotel is a bit out of town, up a very steep, windy hill, but the views from the room are great. We stayed with a tour group, so arrived late, and left early so did not get to enjoy the facilities, other than the restaurant which had a good range of buffet and ala carte meals. The buffet dinner was 4,500lks per person, Coke 500lks and Wine (glass) 1540lks. The rooms are brightly decorated and modern. There was no iron provided in the room, but a passing steward quickly brought one to us on request.
