Très bel hôtel dans un havre de paix. Les chambres sont géniales, tout est impeccable. La piscine est très agréable avec une jolie vue. Supers dîners et petit déjeuner au bord de la piscine. Le personnel est vraiment adorable. Le meilleur hôtel depuis le début de notre séjour au Sri Lanka,

Amazing place to stay, views of sunset and sunrise from the room. Fortunate to get the President room and was big in size but main benefit was the 360 degree view simply stunning. Hotel staff great. Food was tailored more Western style however was great quality. It was nice to be a few miles out of the chaos of Kandy and would love to return one day, Great stay.

This is one of the best-serviced hotels we've stayed in. We felt very welcome from the start. We stayed in a Deluxe Double Room, which was spacious and offered a great view from the balcony. The outdoor area, including a clean and inviting pool, was well-maintained. The hotel boasts beautiful scenery, perfect for enjoying both sunsets and sunrises. The restaurant was charming, with outstanding food and service, and the live band in the evening added a nice touch. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay even better. Breakfast was delicious, and it was a treat to start the day in the beautiful garden. We highly recommend staying at this hotel if you're in the Kandy area! L'Elegant Hotel fait partie de ces établissements où le plaisir d'être là est ressenti à peine arrivé ! Le lieu est particulièrement élégant : une belle demeure cossue surplombe la campagne environnante, accompagnée d'une belle piscine. Le lieu, situé très à l'écart de la ville, est calme et apaisant. Le personnel est attentif et souriant. Une excellente adresse !

We were very impressed with this accommodation. A very nice team, which gave us a great evening there. The food there is incredibly delicious. And the view from the roof terrace is breathtaking. So we highly can recommend this hotel on the hills near Kandy.

Super Hotel in sehr schöner Lage, angelegt in einem großzügigen Garten mit Swimmingpool. Sehr gutes Restaurant. Frühstück und Abendessen werden im Garten serviert. Sehr aufmerksamer Service. Über eine schmale Straße etwas mühsam zu erreichen aber auf jeden Fall die Mühe wert.

What a amazing location. Set high on the hill top the views are breathtakingly beautiful. We were upgraded to the Presidential room so had a 360 view of the sunrise and sunset. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are all so polite and helpful. On our last evening the chef prepared a delicious Sri Lanka curry. Mouth watering. Stayed 4 nights and enjoyed every second. Will definitely will come back. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

The owner built this property and his pride is reflected in the attitude and care taken by staff, which is fantastic. For example, we we asked about posting postcards, and they just took them to the nearest post office for us by tuk tuk. Food is simple but beautifully prepared, and dinner is accompanied by local musicians. We stayed in the Presidential suite which has views of both sunrise and sunset in the hill country. We both had a massage here which was excellent and good value. The setting is relaxing but away from the bustle of Kandy, although close enough for a day tour of this interesting city which the hotel can arrange at a good price.

Wunderschön außerhalb von Kandy gelegenes Hotel, neu und bestens instand gehalten. Großes Deluxe-Zimmer, Personal zuvorkommend. Sauberes Schwimmbecken, Frühstück im Garten mit herrlicher Aussicht. Abendessen im Restaurant A-la-Carte, gut und preiswert, auch westliches Essen. Kleines Manko: Kreditkartenzahlung war bei meinem Besuch nicht möglich. Ich würde wieder hier übernachten.
