The old five-star hotel is located on the Mahaweli River, the mother river of Sri Lanka. It is a must-have hotel for Kandy people to get married. The British service standard is very good. Compared with other Sri Lankan hotels, the check-in and check-out are very fast. The software service makes up for the old facilities deficiencies, it is recommended

Meal is good. Nadeesha helped us a lot. But meals expensiver. Sandwich good. King fish plate is not that good. Plan to come im another day. Thanks. Hotel beautiful. Less crowd. Nice place. Worth trying.............z......................

Wonderful stay at the hotel, very friendly and attentive staff, Nadeesha looked after us throughout dinner service. We had an amazing time and were able to enjoy our dinner. The scenery surrounding the hotel is stunning and the service matches the scenery.

Excellent food . I really like the restaurant and the hotel . And Nadeesha is a very excellent lady , she helped us a lot . The hotel overall was a nice hotel . We really enjoyed it me and my family . The view is nice and the breakfast is nice as well ..

A very lovely and luxurious hotel! Avishka is a great member of staff who is always smiling and friendly! A big shout out to all of the chefs and additional waiting staff who were so caring and considerate - even asking us about our journey! i really appreciate their hospitality :)

Food was amazing and the service was even better. Nadeesha took care of us like a family member. Can’t recommend enough. Beautiful settings for a family stay. We highly recommend the pool and high- tea especially when it’s sun set. Overall it’s a pleasant stay at the hotel.
