老牌五星酒店，坐落於斯里蘭卡母親河馬哈威力河，是康提人結婚必選酒店，英式服務標準很贊，相較於其他斯里蘭卡酒店，入住退房都很快，軟件服務彌補了設施有點舊的不足，值得推薦

I made a booking for Nov but due to system error on Agoda side the dates were wrong. Have been trying to contact hotel to sort this out but there has been no response after more than 2 weeks. If the hotel is deliberately unresponsive just to retain the fees for a booking that cannot be fulfilled, that is a big red flag for me.

Visited with family and really enjoyed our time here, service and food were particular highlights (Nadeesha, Shenal in particular, chefs at action stations as well as servers). The only negative I could mention is that accessibility is slightly lacking, with stairs required to reach the main elevator (although they have another elevator, slightly farther away). However, I would still highly recommend the hotel as well as the overall experience.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Mahavali Reach Hotel Kandy and I was thoroughly impressed with their exceptional service and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The stay was excellent, the rooms were comfortable and spacious. The buffet had a very good spread. The staff including Ms. Nadeesha at the buffet area was very keen on giving a good service. The checkin and checkout procedure including the the booking process was very smooth. Overall a good experience.

We had a lovely set menu lunch on Vesak Poya Day. Food was delicious and nicely presented. Staff was efficient and friendly specially Dhanushika and Kumara made it a pleasant experience for us. Would recommend the set menu over buffet. Thanks Team

Service was excellent. Staff goes out of the way to help. Excellent garden and very well maintained and found value for money. Good views and food was reasonable and a fair variety. Rooms were old but found all in working order and could not find a fault.

We went for breakfast buffet. Very good spread and you have the local dishes to try. Good beautiful location. Very friendly service. Our compliments to the friendly staff especially Indika and Ajantha who treated us with good hospitality.
