Great villa, with spacious, comfortable, and very clean rooms. The staff is exceptionally kind and the great hospitality Specially Mr.***an & Suranga . Remote location for everywhere in Kandy main town. The garden area candlelight dinner was fantastic. thank you so much for the memorable stay.

We had great time there, food is very tasty, very friendly staff and attentive Pool time really nice. rooms very comfortable and clean.everything is really good . One of good place to visit and relax with your friends and family. Had a lovely time there.

We booked this for 2 nights in March and fully paid , the booking was confirmed. When we arrived, the manager first pretended that he wasn't expecting us. Then he lied and said that he had emailed and cancelled the reservation. I would AVOID this place, despite the good reviews. You just might find you have no reservation at all. This is the only time in Sri Lanka I felt badly treated. We ended up in another hotel nearby, that wouldn't have been the type of place we would choose. Terrible 'customer service'!

Wonderful place to stay! We stayed in the bungalow for one week in June 2022 and nearly five days in May in a suit room. The entire staff we met at the hotel were excellent and provided exceptional service. We loved the nice views (sunset, mountain range, beautiful city view at night) calm & quiet environment, the elegant interior design of the hotel and especially the food. The rooms were clean and nicely organised. The staff was quite flexible to provide what we wanted. Special thanks should go to Rukmal. Our stay at the bungalow was really special because of the solitude, quiet environment, cool weather and especially the amazing hospitality and excellent service provided by Prasanna, Samantha and Suranga. We felt like home, and the staff was very kind, caring and they were respectful and sensitive not to disturb our privacy while looking after us brilliantly. The bungalow is surrounded by fruit trees and felt close to nature. We walked daily to the two forest monasteries located at walking distance to the hotel and meditated with the guidance of the Buddhist monks. Every morning we went for a morning walk towards the Hantana mountain range (we could see the beautiful mountain view to the left side of the track) followed by a nice swim before breakfast!. This whole experience made our stay unforgettable Highly recommended for anyone to stay at Amaya.

This place was heaven. We spent two days in this paradise. The Villa is spacious and just marvellous, the views are amazing, and the service extraordinary. All staff were very helpfull, but a special note must be made to Suranga. He provided top service, anticipated every need, and he did it all with a friendly smile. Furthermore he told a lot about local food and customs. We feel blessed that we got to spend to nights in this accomodation.

The best experience ever. Amazing bungalow with beautiful views surrounding. The gardens are well maintained and picturesque. All around a beautiful location with your own private pool. The staff were very hospitable and kind. We truly had a wonderful experience and highly recommend it.
