The room is a bit small, there are flying ants in the bathroom and corridors, the hotel service is friendly

Stayed here 3 nights and really liked it. The building is well maintained and spotlessly clean. It’s on a hill so the views are wonderful. Our bedroom had a balcony so sitting out after a day of exploring was excellent. It’s a bit out of Kandy so really quiet. The owners are lovely and very helpful. The staff were really nice too. Good breakfast.

We arrived later in the evening but the staff were friendly, attentive and helpful, serving a delicious dinner. The hotel has wonderful views across the hills surrounding Kandy. A great secret hideaway.

Jack tree lodge is a nice place to stay, the owner is very nice and the staff too, we felt home. They offered breakfast every morning. The location is a 15 minutes walk from the city which was better for us. The rooms have a nice view.
The only disadvantage in Kandy is that almost everything closes around 10 pm so nothing much to do or places to eat.

The view from the room is amazing. The breakfast was nice as well. Good value for money. However the room had a humid smell and we had bugs in the A/C, so we couldnt sleep comfortably. The Wi-fi was quite weak as well. Friendly staff.

Incredibly friendly and attentive staff, who can and will do anything to make your stay better! The view was so amazing, with a great view of Kandy from above. Far from the hustle and bustle of Kandy, it was a very relaxing and soothing stay. Would reccomend!

Pros Very peaceful guest house, high above the hustle and bustle of busy Kandy. We enjoyed our 1 night stay here. They provided us with a delicious breakfast. All of the staff were very welcoming, helpful and kind. The bed was big and comfortable, the AC worked well and the water was nice and hot. My husband and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony, reading our books in the morning, watching the sun rise. Amazing views. It was perfect for what we needed and excellent value for money. Cons Some ants in the room. But most places in Sri Lanka so far, we’ve had a similar experiences. Overall, would recommend to family and friends and would stay again. Thank you

La stanza è molto spaziosa, con tv e angolo caffè/tea. Bagno con doccia e anche vasca, pulito! L unica pecca è che è sopra un monte quindi impossibile andare a fare un giro in centro a piedi! Però consiglio! Non abbiamo usufruito della cena ma della colazione sì ed era buonissima

Все очень грязное, отель находится черт знает где! Ехать по закоулкам через трущобы минут 30 от города. Отзывы положительные трехгодичной давности. Территории у отеля нет, только место на одну машину. Мы даже не стали заселяться, все в плесени. Пешко дойти до города нереально!
