The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The grouting and seals in the shower were fresh and not moldy. The sheets were clean. I stayed in a ground floor apar**ent and it came with a nice balcony. Kangaroo Point is a good location for getting around Brisbane.

The bed was very comfortable with quality linen and pillows. Room was clean and easily accessible with a lift . In a great location . Check in was given earlier than expected which was a big help when attending a function. The only suggestion is to have an accessible after hours box for room key drop off when departing before office hours.

Thank you Chris and staff for making our stay so special! The welcome you provided, service, room, cleanliness all added up to a great experience. We had a swim in the pool which was amazing and we were so close to the Japanese restaurant, Momo, which was exquisite and were only short walk away from the Brisbane Jazz Club. Fabulous service, favourable facilities and great sustainable ethos. Location is great, easy access to ferry, restaurants, walking tracks. Rooms quiet, comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Had another wonderful stay, looked after so well by Chris and the team. Il Mondo is my home away from home when staying for business. It always feels so comfortable and like coming back to a family to return there. And so a perfect location. Comfy beds, beautiful pillows, and so many nice little amenities and touches to what is provided in the apar**ent rooms. Thank you again Chris and team, see you next time:-)
