"It is a very good hostel they have daily cleaning of common areas as well as the rooms. The kitchen is well maintained and if ever there’s a problem the staff are there to help."
"Remember to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and disposable slippers, but other amenities are provided. The balcony is nice, and while the bedroom isn't huge, the living room is quite spacious. The bathroom has two entry points and a bathtub, which is great for a soak. Both the room and living room air conditioning units work really well. The front desk service was good, but being rushed to check out by the cleaning staff wasn't a great experience. Overall, it's still excellent value for money, and the pool was open."
"The reception team was super friendly and helpful. Since we were traveling with a campervan, it was very difficult to find accommodation near the city where we could park our van. After consulting with reception, we were able to park our van safely in front of the garage entrance. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, and it's about a 15-minute drive into town. Highly recommended; we even stayed an extra night :)."
"It’s a minimalistic hotel, but in saying that it is what you pay for. It is great location very close to the city Valley and WooloonGabba. Very affordable discreet and very flexible with checking times. Front desk is not always manned but upon a phone call they are there in a jiffy. My first day wasn’t the greatest but I’ve had much better days since then and it depends on the rooms that you get but most of them are very very cozy. They have air-conditioning a bathroom and an ample space for two or a family of three with small child . also has a fridge and hot water. there’s a front and a back entrance and ample street parking as well as small amount of parking at the back you can come and go as you please without being harassed by front desk staff. It is ideal if you’re a night owl . on average I would give them 3 1/2 out of five stars however my most recent chips are probably 4 out of 5. "
"It's so cool to have a morning cup of coffee sitting on the balcony. The apartment has a wonderful view of the river. In general, there are an amazing location of the apartments, about 3 min walk to ferryboat. The pedestrian bridge is also not far away. The apartment big and clear in in excellent condition. Check-in (out) are very quick. I like and recommended these appartments."
"Great location, apartment was lovely and spacious and staff were very helpful with arrival and attended issue with shower quickly . Would definitely stay again"
"The appartment itself is pretty perfect! Some utensils were not that clean, but there is a dishwasher with tablets and soap to do dishes as well. So I just put everything in the dishwasher first.
A cleaning sponge would have been nice so you can clean some pans yourself as well.
Location was fine, you can uber or walk (30-40 min) to the CBD or Southbank (20-30 min walk).
As it is an appartment without reception you cannot really leave your luggage.
One thing that was really bad was receiving my key! You should receive this via Text message or Whatsapp. I could not open the whatsapp message. It was empty. You can then not respond to their message, you will not receive a reply. Also I emailed them, to only receive a reply that they had sent it to me even though I explained that their original message could not be read. Their phone number did not work either… I had to internet call them through my booking website (trip.com), which worked and then the women on the phone was super helpful in sending the information per email. I would suggest they just send it via email in the first place (or both options to be safe). So it got resolved in the end, but I found that a bit stressful and annoying."
