We were four friends with wives. We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful time. The staff is extremely responsive and the facilities are all excellent. Very comfortable rooms- clean, practical and luxurious. The swimming pool is well maintained and a pleasant experience. The food is par excellence- be it Indian, Continental, or local food. We did the village walking tour with Ashu as our guide. It was very interesting and educative. The Kaleshwar Mahadev temple is worth a visit . We went for a picnic lunch at the Pong reservoir- were provided with a tasty packed lunch by the hotel. Also did Jwalaji temple. We had the local Dham food followed by Malai baraf- finger licking good. Yummy stuff. We also had a Ghazal evening by a local troupe- which was an interesting experience.

Had an excellent stay at the heritage site with wonderful care and caring staff . Food was very well prepared . The pool was a great get away . Would always love to make it a regular visit during my breaks . All the Best to the ***agement for continuing the great standards. Our experience at Chateau Garli

The property is in Garli which is in the middle of no where. Initially we were not sure about the property. But as soon as we entered we were spellbound with the property. It is a heritage property which has been renovated very very beautifully. Mr Pawan the general ***ager was always present everywhere and doing everything. It was such a pleasure to experience Hospitality at its best. It was like one *** army. Very happy to be there.

We needed to change our booking date to arrive a day earlier. Mr. Dinesh helped us arrange the new booking and made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. Garli is a lovely Heritage Hotel with comfortable, well appointed rooms, if one chooses the rooms on the higher floors. The staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is good and is served either in the restaurant or outdoors by the pool area. One of the staff members was kind enough to give us an interesting walking tour of the village to see the former ***sions. It would have been impossible to find them on our own. Excellent heritage hotel with lovely bedrooms and good service. The hotel has a nice pool and food was great too. We had a nice room with a baby cot too! Bathroom was adequate but needs refurbishing. We were served evening meal by the pool which was good. Breakfast was served inside the restaurant. Not much choice but enjoyed the food offered. Sadly we stayed here only for one night.

First of all I would like to say that the staff are very nice and helpful. We reached a day earlier than our booking date but Mr Dinesh at the reception went out of his way to help us to get the booking pre poned. Hats off to him. Property is fine but nothing to do there and around the village. No activities in the property at all. If you are not in a group, it's totally boring. One should plan only with a group for a holiday there. It's an old style heritage property and takes you back ***y years earlier. Due to low occupancy, they had no buffet for meals. and the choice of food offered was very limited. One non veg and 2 veg (very very simple). At the price charged, there should be some variety atleast. However the food was very tasty. Overall nice stay.

We booked directly and they happily upgraded us as they had the availability. We were 2 families together 5 Adults and 4 teenagers and we really enjoyed both the property and location. Pointers in favour : 1) Good connectivity from New Delhi through Vande Bharat Train. In 6 hours you reach Amb and just 40 mins by car from station. 2) Unique Heritage Property 100 years old with spacious rooms and old / antique items or art objects all over giving a warm royal feel. Good learning for the children. Well maintained. 3) Delicious Food with decent varieties from Indian, continental and local cuisine. They also offer a buffet if the occupancy is good. 4) Amazing Hospitality. The staff were extremely friendly and warm. They were happy to serve us. A special mention for Dinesh their Senior team member. They also took us for a heritage walk showing us the Garli village explaining the history. Also took us hiking around. Would recommend a trip to the river and enjoy the boat ride.

If you are visiting Garli or nearby religious places then this place is a must stay ⌠a property which is more then 100 years old restored to all its glory , gives you this beautiful vibes of its culture.. the food was exceptional and the staff was very courteous.
