Front office, housekeeping and the restaurant teams went all out to make our stay memorable. Prince (front office manager) in particular ensured any issue, any requirement of ours was solved instantlly. Special mention of Vikas (resort manager) who was very responsive to our suggestions."

"Our stay at this IHCL property was quite disappointing and did not live up to the IHCL SeleQtions (a Taj brand) name. While the hotel is conveniently located about 35 minutes from the airport and features large rooms, the overall experience fell short. Photographs available are deceptive though the views from the Hotel is nice. Check-in was slow, and the room conditions are not acceptable for a hotel charging ₹40,000 per night. We noticed broken tiles, clogged washbasins, and a stingy supply of linens, with only one hand towel and one face towel provided. The basic bath (shower, conditioner, shampoo all in one) amenities felt closer to a 3-star standard. The dining experience was just about basic. While the breakfast is decent, the overall food quality is just average, and the tableware and cutlery use is very very basic, also no table mats, no linens, nothing. Despite this, the food and drinks are priced higher than most luxury resorts, with basic cocktails starting at ₹2,200++. Furthermore, unlike neighboring premium properties, the swimming pool here is not heated. Ultimately, this hotel has the the IHCL SeleQtions branding but lacks the signature hospitality and quality to back it up. We decided not to extend our stay and moved to the Hyatt, which offered a much better experience from the very start."
