Citrus Classic Mcleodganj

Although I paid more than 100 US$, I could use hot shower only for 2 minutes. It was freezing. They didn't change bed sheet for 3 days. I spend 30 minutes to get a dryer from the front desk. There was oil film and dusts in the water of electric kettle. Room was dusty. I cannot recomend this hotel if you want to relax.

Best room service,.cleanness excellent, staff customer friendly, Very much approachable to car parking , main market ,Buddhist temple Dalia Lama and just next door to Tata ********* skyway .Strongly recommended ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️with ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Special appreciation for Shivani 🙏

Room clean and comfortable. However it was cold and efforts from me and staff failed to improve situation

I have a group of 16 rooms in citrus classic mcleodganj I have very good experience with hotel rooms very clean breakfast was very tasty and hygienic rooms are good and clean keep it up tanks to mr. Santanu for that experience thanks for all staff and your staff was very professional and really helpful 👍 😀

Very courteous staff. Especially the restaurant team who took very good care of us during our stay. Kudos to Pankaj, Ravi and Shivani..would highly recommend this place for stay which is right in the middle of the main market…Looking forward to my next stay here.

Excellent location and the staffs are so warm and forever smiling, you can't find any reason to feel grumpy. Our breakfast was made amazing amidst the stunning view with great homemade (tastes like that) food spread. Special shout to the outstanding team - Ravi, Pankaj, Shivani, Goldy, Sapna who were there to help us with a great smile forever. Citrus your staffs are your biggest asset, pls do take good care of them and their career growth path.

We had stayed in this hotel location is awesome rooms are well decorated and clean staff was very kind and very helpful and the breakfast was yumm 🤤😋 I love the whole stay iam highly recommend this hotel . Specially thanks to the all hotel staff .🫰

We went there in dec. And we didn't had any idea about hotel condition we booked because of their reviews but only cleaning was good but other things are very very bad even worse staff behaviour, we stayed 1 night in this hotel after 1 night we have to checkout and stay somewhere else. Only cleaning staff was good there a lady in cleaning staff who helped us. Her name might be sapna i didn't remember properly but she was really good. This hotel owner really need to look after the hotel because i think there is problem in ***agement.
