Quality Inn Bhagsu Heritage

States with family for a night and i would say the staff and property is very good. It's premium property and you can feel it stating from room till bathroom. Only caveat is there is not awesome view point esp during summers. But i hope in snowtime it will be awesome. Bhagsunath was dried by april thus this place should de***ds discounts.

The only positive about this stay was the clean hotel rooms. I also know that we can get limited customisation due to the requirement of jain food but the quality of food was pathetic, we ordered dinner (paid) on 8th march, except for dal and rice, papad everything was c- grade quality, and to our surprise there was no buffet breakfast next day( included ) we were provided with only 2 option that was poha and paratha upon much insisting they agreed for idli then came the shock, the food quality was again c- grade, the milk i ordered for the kid was thinner then the water, idli was made but without sambhar and taste was pathetic. We ate only 3 pieces of toast and watermelon juice. That's what came in included breakfast. Moreover, i was told that the chef is not there so nothing can be done except they are sorry.

Hotel rooms are very beautiful and fully hygiene. Location is very good. Hotel staff very good. Very good room service total value for money. They gives all 5 star facilities in this price. Must stay here

Make my trip rating was 4 star on that basis we booked hotel. According to our stay finding we would rate it as 3 star or less. ( in terms of money value we paid for four star but no amenities and poor customer service. Poor food selection. Room excellent. View excellent)

Pro 1) excellent fresh food 2) 10 stars for the staff very kind and helpful specially nakul, karan amid 2 other staff members in the resturant i forgot the name. 3) lovely and warm interior cons 1) the hotel needs to fix the temperature control for common areas. Seems a small ask, but it's a big deal if you are visiting in winter 2) there is no backup generator to cover for a long-time power outage

Amazing stay option in bhagsu, the hotel was a well maintained property with cleanliness. The service was also up to the mark. Food quality was also very good, the best part was the property has its own covered parking space. Only one thing is there that the entry to the hotel from main road parking is a bit steep road

I found the hotel to be a great place to stay, offering a comfortable and enjoyable experience overall. The service provided was excellent, and the rooms were well-maintained and cozy. However, i was disappointed by the limited food options available on the breakfast menu. It lacked variety and creativity, which made it monotonous and less enjoyable. Additionally, the quality of the food was not up to par, failing to meet my expectations for a satisfying breakfast. Despite this drawback, i appreciated the hotel's other positive aspects, but i hope they can improve the breakfast offerings to enhance the overall guest experience.
