This is a heritage property and they have maintained the same old structure but have renovated it with very careful details on not compromising on the heritage aesthetics. The staff, especially sneha and mathew were very cordial and helpful. Food was excellent and we did invite a few guests to their restaurant and they were delighted. All in all a wonderful experience and highly recommended this property

The place is very well maintained. The staff is very helpful and well trained. The lady at the reception was exceptionally helpful. The location is very central and you can reach most spots within 15 mins. The food is also good. The garden and surrounding areas are nice to sit in the evening.

Old tharavad style ambiance is the main attraction. Very calm and peaceful. Couple friendly. Rooms are top class and hospitality is commendable. Located at centre of kannur easy access to railways, bus stand. Swiggy and other vendor also available with nearby restaurants.

We are bonvoy titanium elite n we have to say this hotel is at the par with any leading hotel in terms of commitment to serice n fnb. . It’s a beautiful 120 yrs old “tharuvadu” converted into a boutique property with 8 rooms, its an old house with all modern amenities. . We booked the royal n grandee rooms with four post pillar beds, wooden ceilings, wooden windows. . It’s the perfect harmony of a bygone era n modern amenities. . Mr. Kurien n mr. Ajith are there come any time of morning or evening. . Luckily for us both have worked with bonvoy hotels before. . We were served by deep u n he knew all our likings n preferences. . Reggie was always there with the most radiant smile. . My huge respect to chef bash a, i can openly say this is by far the best kerala food i’ve eaten. . Wud i want to comeback here. Yes it felt like home. .

Located in the heart of kannur town, but one doesn't fell the hustle and bustle of the city once you are inside the property. An old tharavadu which has been renovated well maintained. Service is exemplary.
