It is definitely a safety concern the only lift broke down and my parents has to climb 3 floors after waiting for about 1 hr in the reception. The lift was not ready even until next day morning until checkout. The service team was not even apologetic"

They have wifi but no internet i had to change to swite because almost thrw up from the normal room. In the swite i didnt touch the sheets either i wouldnt touch them with a stick. I had to sleep on top of a towel i brought from home. Hands down the dirties nastiest place i have ever been in my life. How do these people even dare run a hotel with sheets and pillows and walls and floors that reek. Completely shameful. AVOID."
