"The location and overall premises are truly excellent—beautiful setting and definitely one of the strongest aspects of the hotel. However, considering the premium pricing, the amenities didn’t quite match expectations. There was a slight leak in the bathtub, and the hot water supply was inconsistent. These are small details, but at this price point, they do matter. Breakfast also felt limited for a hotel in this category. Basic live options like dosa or omelette were not available, which was disappointing. If cost-cutting measures like this are being taken, it should ideally reflect in the room pricing as well. The staff were polite, but a more proactive approach would really elevate the guest experience. There also seems to be some scope for improvement in overall management and coordination. Overall, a great property with strong potential, but a few operational improvements would make it fully worth the price."

"We had booked a two night stay in state beach resort. The property is located on top of cliff facing the serene Arabian Sea. From location point of view it is absolutely 10 on 10. Even though the option in Food section is limited and bit on pricey side, the taste is good and one can enjoy it. In terms of service and amenities, I can score it 7 out of 10. The hotel staffs are very polite and hospitable. Wanted to specifically mention about the restaurant staff Hafeez. He had been very kind and had tried to cater the requests from guests. Thank You!"
