So there is a large gap between the customer and reception. It should be rectified and ample space for improvement of services."

"very convenient location, right next to the railway station. this hotel is on the top several floors of a shopping center. the rooms are quite nice, though the 'express room' is a little small. the experience was fine, it was not noisy, and it was well-kept. I had a little trouble adjusting the air conditioning (and there was no fan), and the restaurant is closed (due to the LPG shortage), but otherwise pleasant stay."
