The room are without the basic amenities like tv and the property seems to be very old with no maintenance and smelly rooms. We asked for an extra bed and they didn’t have bed spreads. Also they didn’t have bottled water in stock

no tv, ac, room walls are filled with fungus and dust. walls are broken. bathroom lights are broken and fell on kids kid.. i need to be co****sated for this inconvenience. i stayed here since i had no other option. no amenities mentioned was not in hotel or room. even they had no keys of the room. i need componsation for this loss and worst experience. stinking bed sheets and diry bed spread was another feature. the rooms are absolutely not in a position to stay. i stayed there as i was unable to find another accomodation and financial losses.. the room rates are very high when compared to the facilities in the hotel and the place

Had to leave with in 30 mins of checkin for alternate hotel, damp rooms, dim lights, unclean toilet
