Location, food, services good. A suggestion - could have placed toilet paper tissue paper in the room.

The hotel is quite old. The common space is not quite good. It is dumped with damaged furniture etc. The room cleaning is happening daily but towels looks quite old not the standards of star hotels. The rate showing in the app is for non ac rooms

First time you enter the hotel, they say parking not available due to some conference. We drove all the way from far and this is how they respond. Even the rooms are untidy. There is zero hospitality.

The room was fine only. The toiletries provided are a) two towels; b) two bathing soaps; cone shampoos. Please note that only when the room is cleaned you will get one complimentary water bottle for the day, so when you go out, put that room cleaning tag on the outside of the door. The complimentary breakfast is also nice. You can ask for coffee/tea (free) at that time only.
