Very clean place in and out
room service very quick
excellent restaurant breakfast was very good. Buffet had a good choice catering senior citizens need
the location of malabar residency is superb

It was nice experience staying with malabar residency. Then checking and check out was smooth. The rooms were good and maintained. The food was excellent. It was a smooth stay and look forward to more stay with them.

Me & my be mars were on two days temples visit to kannur on 14& 15th august 2022 to kannur. For us this was ideally located near railway station as our onward journey was by trail. This hotel is well maintained, var helpful staff and their restaurant was also very clean and food was also tasty. Veg items were very limited.

This is meant not to harm anybody. Room cleanliness is really good. But room service has to be improved, but i must say it was fair, then the reception requires a more professional approach. Apart from what that has been told, we had a nice and safe stay.

The stay in hotel was comfortable. Service was good. Restaurant attached was very nice. Advisable for stay with family. The location in ideal place near to railway station.
