このアプリの問い合わせ(コールセンターの方)のご対応も(すみません汗名前を忘れてしまいました。)コトブキホテルのスタッフさんのご対応も丁寧すぎて、見習おうと思いました。また、本当に気持ちよく過ごすことができました。
近くにコンビニがあれば、最高です汗
電話対応、言葉遣い、目を見て優しく話してくださります。
身長に合わせて、膝を床に付けて話してくださる場面もありました汗!!

表玄関の有る建物の裏にもう1棟のビルが隣接されており、各フロアで外付けの階段で結ばれている。何とも妙な作りです。表側が本館、裏側が新館と呼ばれているようです。新館の部屋がリノベートされたということらしいです。我々は、新館の6階ですが、これまた面白い。ビルは5階建てで、屋上にペントハウス様な4部屋があり、6階の部屋はそこでした。当然リノベーション後の部屋のなので、中はとてもきれいです。風呂桶も大変広く、大満足。欠点は部屋が温まるまで時間を要したことで、入室後は部屋が温まるまで震えました。

オフィスビルをリニューアルしたオシャレな内装で清潔感のあるホテルでした。
少し残念だったのは見えない所の掃除が行き届いていないところ、ベッドの下は埃があり、普段から掃除されていないと感じました。

リノベーションされてきれいなホテル。朝食出てくるのが遅いので急いでる方は早めに行って頼んだ方がよい。お料理もおしゃれな盛り付けで量は多くはないが美味しい。
