Very bad service, very friendly to foreigners! My reservation included breakfast, but the front desk said with a straight face that it was not available! I had to communicate with Ctrip to confirm the breakfast. You didn't ask about breakfast, but they didn't tell you that there were hot dishes available for ordering, and the foreigners next to you could have them! The front desk seemed to owe them money! The worst thing about this hotel is the front desk service. Maybe because the front desk staff had to hand over the next day or because the hotel gave him authority, he was unwilling to help you extend the room for one more day without changing the room.
