Mövenpick Sarajevo Bristol ★★★★
"Great hotel and families friendly. Great location with easy access to all transportation mode such as train and taxi. Surrounded by variety of restaurants and markets"
Hotel Grand ★★★
"When we arrive room wasn’t ready so we left, no problem there, the problem was that when we came back the room wasn’t ready, so they had to change us to a new room, with no AC, never the less the reception people was always willing to help and did what the could to help us."
Residence Inn Sarajevo ★★★★
"The room was great, and the hotel's location from the airport is good. The only slight inconvenience is getting to the train station, but other attractions are all within walking distance. The facilities are comprehensive, including a coin-operated washing machine which isn't expensive. The front desk service was excellent, and the staff spoke very clear English – it was the first time I fully understood someone's English since arriving in Serbia and Bosnia! The immediate surroundings are a bit average, but it's still a quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle. The only minor issue was that the cutlery wasn't very clean, but it was easily fixed with a quick wash. Plus, there's a balcony!"
Hotel City View Deluxe ★★★★
"The location is perfect and the room is nice but needs some tlc and general maintenance. Fan, hairdryer, aircon, toilet seat, door handle, window were broken. The bed was comfy but 2 very clear singles pushed together so would fall down the gap. The restaurant below plays music until 11pm which you can hear and could smell cigarette smoke in our room (even with the windows closed). The staff were very nice and friendly."
Hotel Holiday ★★★★
"I have never seen such rubbish service. You have to pay for water, there is no kettle, you have to go to the front desk to refresh the room card every day, the room service did not come after I called for a long time, and no one followed up on the request I made that night after the shift change the next day. The air conditioner was very noisy, like a motor, and there were no slippers."
Hotel Saraj ★★★
"It used to be a state-owned enterprise! The breakfast was relatively good compared to a hotel! It's like an old-fashioned guesthouse from the 1990s, but the rooms are large and there's a parking lot."
ibis Styles Sarajevo ★★★★
"Really nicely designed hotel. Our stay was very comfortable. Breakfast is basic but nice. Well located about 10 minutes walk from the trams"
Hotel Hills Sarajevo Congress & Thermal Spa Resort ★★★★★
"The room is very good, you can also enjoy hot springs and swimming"
Hotel Hayat ★★★
"The room is quite noise with a mosque nearby. The water wasn’t available half our stay but that had something to do with the whole area nonetheless quite frustrating. Apart from that the room was clean and spacious."

Swissôtel Sarajevo
"The service was poor, and the breakfast was also terrible."
Hotel Central Sarajevo
"Not recommended dirty and old furniture"
Hotel Europe
"The hotel at was located right on the main road, making it convenient for traveling to the city center. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. If I have the chance, I will definitely return."
Bosmal Arjaan by Rotana
"This hotel has the best rooms on this trip! 🏨, bar none! With three bedrooms, a living room, and two bathrooms, it's perfect for a family of three! It's just a 10-minute drive from the city center, and the rooms are spacious and well-equipped! The view from the window was lovely, and one room had an even better view. It's a shame I only stayed one night in Sarajevo, so I didn't get to experience it in depth! The service was excellent, and they answered all my questions. The deposit was returned upon check-out! The hotel's underground parking lot costs 10 euros, and at night, you have to use a different entrance, which was a hassle to find! There's free parking nearby, but of course, it's a must-buy for tourists! Also, the breakfast options are limited. For such a high-end hotel, there's no pool, and the in-room washing machine doesn't come with detergent or pods! The flaws outweigh the merits, but overall, it's a good hotel!"
Hotel Aziza
"Our stay at Hotel Aziza was pleasant overall. The reception staff, especially the lady at the front desk, was very kind and went out of her way to help us get to the pharmacy and return safely — truly appreciated her assistance. The hotel staff in general were responsive and quick to attend to our requests. The location is close to the Old City, which makes it convenient for sightseeing. However, it’s situated on a steep hill, so walking up can be quite challenging, especially after a long day. Breakfast was simple and could be improved — the selection was limited, and the fruits were not very fresh. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly service and a great location for exploring Sarajevo, but be prepared for the uphill walk and modest breakfast."
Pino Nature Hotel, BW Premier Collection
"I went there on 24th Dec,2024 to spend a night with my wife and 3 kids. Location is great. Food is good. But the best part the people, Fuad Elisa Zakir Adam Selfless courtesy and not just the faces but good hearts as well. There was unprecedented snow and our worry was to reach urgently to City centre on 25th morning. The mentioned people took personal effort to ensure the taxi arrived on time, the breakfast boxes packed well. And yes a Non alcoholic place, though their fine Bosnian coffee makes up for that ;) Vishudh Keep it up ! Vish"
Residence Prime Luxury
"Although the bathroom is a bit small, the kitchen is a highlight, where you can cook simple meals or heat up food. The hotel is located on a commercial street, making it convenient for daily life and not far from attractions."
Hotel Old Sarajevo
"It's right in the old city, and the old street is right out the door, which is very convenient. Very close to attractions. A few minutes walk away. There are no stairs, so carrying luggage up to the second floor is quite heavy. There is a parking lot outside, but there are a lot of cars (there are a lot of cars in the whole old city, the lanes are very narrow, and some cars are very fast). If you grab a parking space, it will cost 10 euros a night. There are free coffee, fruits, and snacks in the hotel lobby, which is very warm. The waiter's attitude was very good."
Heritage Hotel Petrakija
"It's about a 10-minute walk from the nearest tram station. The place is a little hard to find, on a slope. But the room is still great, with 2 large beds and a large bathroom. Breakfast was ok and filling."
Luxury Aparthotel Mejtaš Hills - Old Town
"The guesthouse was very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view from the rooftop. It was a pity we wanted to extend our stay but there were no rooms available. The owner was incredibly kind! 👍 The most enjoyable part of our trip to Bosnia and Herzegovina! 👍 Conveniently located near many attractions! 👍 Highly recommended!"
Ornament Hotel
"Cute hotel that overlooks the historic assassination of Archduke Ferdinand from the balcony. Receptions was very kind and breakfast was simple, but delicious."
Old Town Lubina Design Apartments
"We really enjoyed it. The garden and city view are amazing. Beautiful place with the soul. The room itself is basic and very okay:)"
Hotel Herc Sarajevo
"Good hospitality, nice breakfast. Closer to Sarajevo city and god host"
Hotel Grad
"I don't recommend this hotel. It's located on the outskirts of the city, 6.5 kilometers from the core tourist area. While this wouldn't be a big deal in China, it's difficult to find parking when driving from the hotel to tourist attractions in Europe, and paying for parking is also inconvenient (mostly due to unfamiliarity). Sarajevo's tourist area itself is very small, with the main tourist area stretching about a kilometer. I strongly recommend staying in the city (visiting the Eternal Flame) and then walking around. Even if the hotel doesn't have free parking, you can ask the hotel staff for help paying for parking. Walking around is a completely different experience than driving from the city's periphery."
