"The location is perfect and the room is nice but needs some tlc and general maintenance. Fan, hairdryer, aircon, toilet seat, door handle, window were broken. The bed was comfy but 2 very clear singles pushed together so would fall down the gap. The restaurant below plays music until 11pm which you can hear and could smell cigarette smoke in our room (even with the windows closed). The staff were very nice and friendly."

You can't sleep even with the window open because of the flies and the noise from the construction next door. They haven't renovated anything, thinking "customers will keep coming anyway." Don't waste your money and be humiliated."

"We had a pleasant stay overall. The location of the hotel was great, the facilities were good, and the breakfast was enjoyable. We also appreciated the opportunity for an early check-in, and we would like to thank the reception staff for their kindness and flexibility. The only issue we experienced was that the heating system in our room was not working. We requested an additional heater, which helped somewhat, but it was not fully sufficient. This affected our overall comfort and slightly reduced our satisfaction with the stay. Apart from that, everything was good, and we had a positive experience overall."

"I arrived around 1300 but there is no one on the ground floor as the hostel located in the 2nd floor. I waited and called the hostel via trip.com. Then the owner appeared and opened the door for me. I paid 5euro for deposit of the key. Once return the key, he will give you the money back. In overall, they have normal hostel needs, kitchen, toilet, hair dryer, bathroom. One bathroom for 3 rooms which is a bit less. But we got time to use this. The bed is good. I like the bund bed is high. If a man sit on the lower bed, he could straighten his back. The room I assigned is quite windy at daytime I really like it. FYI, it looks like no AC on the room. But I dont need AC during the tim"

"Friendly staff, space room, clean bedding. The location is good but only for younger people who don’t mind walking up and down the hill which is quite long to climb. During winter, the slope can be slippery, too. Best breakfast ever, though most items do not get replenished so do go early. The junior suite rooms - all of them - are next to the road, and light pollution is very, very high, and there’s no blackout blinds. If you can’t sleep with some light in the room, avoid at least the junior suite."

"We liked the hotel. It's practically in the center, a 3-4-minute walk from the city center. The room was warm and cozy. The only downside I can think of is the very small safe, which you could easily take with you. The breakfast was very good. The receptionists were very nice and helpful with all our questions."

The location is perfect as it’s right at the Latin Bridge which I could see from my balcony, and its only a 1 minute walk to the old town and most of the main attractions are in very close walking distance. The reception and staff were super friendly and helpful and made the stay very enjoyable! The room was clean and comfortable! The breakfast was great as well. I would highly recommend and definitely stay there again when I return to Sarajevo!"
