"Despite its good concept, the rooms are very small and feel like an illegally added floor on top of a building. There's an elevator up to the 9th floor, which is where the hotel reception is located. After that, there's no elevator, and you have to carry your luggage up 2-3 flights of stairs. The breakfast is mediocre. There aren't many other services anyway. I think people mostly come for the cafeteria. I didn't like it."

You can buy a voucher and a capsule at reception, which is very convenient. Everything isn't new, but it's not tired either; it looks good, and it's a pleasant stay. The breakfast is average; you can definitely find something. The staff is friendly. They helped with any questions, called a taxi, and recommended a good currency exchange service. The cleaning service is decent, and the rooms are clean. But be prepared for housekeeping to knock on your door at 8 a.m. If you want to sleep in, put up a sign."

Check in staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and tidy. The room was smaller than i thought but its fine because I was solo travelling. Have all the amenities that I need. They have a few shops and supermarket nearby so quick eats/buy were very convenient. The breakfast served was delicious! I enjoyed the breakfast a lot."

What made the stay truly special, however, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and they genuinely made me feel that I was expected and appreciated as a guest. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city."

No identification marks, no signs. We were asked to call a taxi to the station, so the owner didn't help. Written in Bosnian in the watsap it was unclear what. I didn't like. The room itself was pleasant, I liked, but the service was just a horror."
