We arrived at hotel and wanted to go in at receptionist counter, the door is closed but we Meet security guard and he went to find receptionist but receptionist didn’t come and we waited a bout 30 minutes at gate of hotel. We decided to leave and don’t stay here  17 April 2024 at 11:17 AM.

My wife and I just want to explore new place in the coldest weather in Cambodia - Bokor. When we arrived at Le Bokor Palace, we greeted with a cold drink at the restaurant lobby and good view outside of restaurant. It was a great view from my room at the top high of hotel. Great experienced stay in the historical hotel from 1925.

I have booked during business trips and have stayed at the hotel many times. The overall evaluation is good, the service is good and the attitude is good. There's nowhere in Cambodia like Bokor and Le Bokor Palace has provided 5 star comfort and service for this very special place. Mr. Sambath has been extremely helpful in making our stay extra special. We'll be back again and again. 

Overall good, beautiful scenery, hotel services are in place, there are hotel shuttle services, the disadvantage is that there is no elevator, the elderly is not very convenient
