We booked a triple room in the middle floor of the building, located on the seventh floor. We originally booked a sofa-bed version, but were later upgraded to have three beds upstairs. This room type has a bathtub~ Reasons for recommendation (1) The lighting and decoration are very comfortable, highly recommended. (2) The location is super good. You can see the signboard right after you come out of Kaohsiung Railway Station, which is closer than Kangqiao Hotel. (3) There are snacks in the afternoon, including three kinds of biscuits, orange juice, American coffee, and tea bags. Not much, but the venue is comfortable and the biscuits are delicious. (Breakfast at the same venue) (4) The price is very good, and the non-refundable plan has a very favorable price. (5) There is a parking lot (6) There is a laundry room. Laundry is free. There is washing powder, but drying requires a fee. (7) There is a bathtub and a flush toilet. The hot water in the bathroom comes quickly and hot, and the water is large. It is very comfortable to wash. I went up the mountain to collect herbs for washing and bathing, and I also gave her hair lotion. (8) The cups and the soap dish on the sink are made of plastic, so you can give your children a bath without worrying about breaking them. (9) The curtains are thick and have perfect shading effect breakfast shortcoming (1) There is only one elevator, so it’s a bit difficult to wait. Quite a nice hotel to stay in in terms of design. They have very interesting choice of color theme for the normal rooms. The room itself is very spacious. The location is 7 minutes walk to Formosa boulevard. They also gave free afternoon snacks which was amazing. Sadly, there’s no gym or swimming pool. Very kid friendly.

This Hotel already has quite some history of operation and is not in a modern style concept. The location to the railwaystation in five minutes walking distance was our reason to chose it. The staff was friendly and could speak english. Although the breakfast starts officially at 6:30 we could have our early meal while they were preparing the buffet, not to leave us empty stomach checking out to catch the early train. Actually for that style of old hotel we consider the price quite high.

It was nice that it was close to both Kaohsiung and Meridao stations. Also, the bed was fluffy and comfortable. It was great to have a bath and sauna, but since Taiwan doesn't have a bath culture, there was no changing room, so the shower room and bathtub were in one room, so I had to change clothes there. Fortunately, there was something like a small locker so my belongings didn't get wet. Although the layout of the room was confusing, overall it was a good hotel because the fatigue of the trip changes depending on whether you get soaked in hot water or not. It also came with a bath towel and pajamas, and the pajamas were very light and comfortable.

This hotel can't compliment, and booked three rooms, two of them seem to be luxuriously furnished, but unlike the hotel, it is very inconvenient to use, such as the wash basin is placed outside the bathroom and there is no table. One guest room even put a huge water heater into the door. Although it is in the cabinet, the sound of the water heater heating switch at night affects sleep. There is also a room with very simple facilities and abnormal hot water supply. The price of such a hotel is extremely high. This is the least reliable hotel in our half-month free trip.

Hotel staff were very friendly and check in was a breeze. We managed to get two rooms side by side which is a plus point. Every floor has a water dispenser which is very useful if we need hot water. There is a laundry room on the third floor with free washing powder to use. Breakfast buffet on the second floor was really great, my family loves the variety of the food provided and everyday some of the items will be changed too. Hotel is located in between Kaohsiung station and Formosa Boulevard station. Currently there are renovation going on at Kaohsiung station which cause a slight detour if we were to walk over there. Walking time are both around 10mins. Overall we are really satisfied with the stay.

The breakfast was very filling. The location is very close to Kaohsiung Station. The staff at the service center are friendly and courteous. The room is not very big, but it has floor-to-ceiling windows which is nice. It is very peaceful to sleep in. The high floor is not noisy. There is loose drinking water, a water dispenser and coffee. Tea bags can be used, bathroom supplies are available, hot water is very good immediately, water pressure is strong enough, the price is affordable and not expensive (during the Chinese New Year), I will stay again next time I have the opportunity, thank you to the service center staff, have a happy New Year, everyone Fat city.
