抵達飯店後，櫃檯人員卻找了老半天，找不到訂單，奇妙的是，明明已經收到確認信，有訂單號碼，也有入住憑證，全都出示給飯店看，卻仍查不到訂房紀錄。
搞了超久才找到確實有訂房...
不清楚是Trip.com的問題還是飯店系統問題(???)

Hotel lobby is old, dark with mosquitoes in the lobby sitting area, I got a few bites while sitting there waiting for text. The room is clean as expected for 4 star hotel, but the king bed is too soft and kind of short for tall person, shower bath room appears new and very nice.

夕方到着の飛行機で到着が夕暮れだったので殆ど手続だけで終了。 朝食は2階でビュッフェ、種類は多かったがベーコン、ハム、オムレツが無かった。 観光するにはMRTが近く動きやすい場所だった。 部屋はまあそれなりだった。

1 特約停車場很遠、遠到要開車接駁～等同無停車場。（飯店補貼每日最高150元停車費）
2 附近私人停車場，停了2夜，取車發現高達900元，細看旁邊都貼較小告示說國慶煙火期間漲價，所以建議停路邊就好（我猜重大連假都會漲）。
3 停車場補貼須再開回飯店憑據請領、很不方便。

@服務：服務人員態度相當親切、熱情。
@硬體：屬較老舊的飯店，較讓人無法接受的是入住14樓，洗澡時蓮蓬頭的水，無論早晚都很小，站著沖澡則因水壓不足，完全無法沖洗（最後是蹲在浴缸水稍稍大一點才有辦法洗澡）。很難想像若要泡澡，浴缸放水或許需要2～3小時才能放到可以泡澡。也非乾濕分離、但水花因為小到不至於噴出浴缸。
@早餐：種類並非很多，但基本該有的中西式簡單菜色都有，餐廳人員態度很棒、有禮。
國慶期間此價格，配上這種硬體設施，只能說一分錢 一分貨。
