跟台北相比外觀維護相對沒這麼新穎 但服務及衛生還有品質都不輸台北，而且12點才退房時間充裕，早餐好吃，風景漂亮

缺點
1.前往澄清湖的木棧道維修沒有在訂房網公告
2.浴廁排水坡度沒處理到非常完善
3.床頭附近能使用的插座不多
希望能增加之服務(可能為本人未使用到該服務)
1.湖景套房看日出的時間方位提醒和點心
2.祕境餐酒館的套餐 希望能選擇是否把甜點改在房間內享用

圓山的服務還是不錯的，沒施有些舊了，需要重新上漆維護，可惜公園在維護不能通行沒去成，陽台很大可以打太極拳，

整體環境不錯，乾淨整潔，服務人員態度也很好，唯一的缺點是我們住的那間廁所洗手台有堵塞，使用上比較不方便…

首先圓山大飯店的建築還是非常漂亮的，比贊👍房間挑空很高，所以格外顯大。酒店旁邊就是美麗滴澄清湖，可是逛了一半開始下雨，有點遺憾🤣
酒店位置給的分不高是因為酒店接駁車需要提前預約，又下午4點才能辦理入住，我們就推嬰兒車自己走下來，完全沒有人行道，很危險！所以我覺得酒店像台北圓山那樣定點安排接駁車真的需要考慮！
沒有感受到服務，除了幫忙開計程車門的親切的門僮☹️
房間的床墊非常硬！提供的洗髮水沐浴液明顯是那種很廉價的。。。還有草坪禿禿的，有點配不上真麼好的建築

Amazing room and view!!! If I have a chance to visit Kaoshuing again, I will probably choose the grand hotel.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, they speak English very well.
The hotel provides the Chinese custom for guess to where and take a picture with the hotel view.
