到高雄出差一趟，還是選擇歐遊，但這次有點不順利，因為要使用筆電傳送資料，房間完全沒有桌椅，不得已只好換了另外一間比較小一點的房型，空間小了點，至少有浴缸，身體的疲累都完全放鬆 高雄的早餐真的還不錯，歡迎邀請好朋友一起來唷👍

1.這次住的是816號房，裡面的格局太特殊了，所以走路要很小心，避免跌倒，有詢問前台客服是否可以換房間，晚上櫃檯小姐也沒有再進行確認直接說客滿沒有辦法更換，如果第二晚要更換的話要先退房，然後隔天六點再重新辦理入住，當時安排連續住在同一個飯店就是希望方便，但飯店無法配合且態度也不是太友善。 2.第二天早上前台是一個男生的服務人員，態度很好！但是我們有特別交代房間需要打掃，結果晚上回去的時候完全沒有打掃。 3.晚上回到房間的時候再打電話給前台安排打掃，又是跟入住時晚上的女生是同一位接電話，告知打掃時，我們在房間會覺得很尷尬，仍然未確認直接告知都住滿了無法安排其他房間。 4. 早餐種類不是很多，服務人員有限，沒有辦法即時的整理桌子，也無法及時地回覆問題，忙裡忙外非常的倉促，餐點也無法及時地補上，所以沒兩下就像蝗蟲過境一掃而空。 住宿有一個優點，就是有很大的浴缸，有停車位可以停，如果在意住宿品質的話建議可以參考別的地方。

幾年前去過一次 覺得新鮮。或許是這次的風格我不喜歡，有點太單調，706一進門的那組沙發頗詭異，或許是牆面太白？

The whole room was clearly non-smoking and the smell of smoke and mold was overwhelming. I told the customer service that they only came to spray deodorant, and the more I sprayed it, the more disgusting the smell became. I changed two or three room types and the smell was still the same, and it got worse every time I changed it. I told them that I didn’t want to stay and asked them to cancel, but they kept pushing it to the booking platform. Later, I was told by the platform that the hotel didn’t want to. For a refund (I really don’t know where you got the courage not to give a refund), I called the Kaohsiung Branch and asked them to contact the supervisor. After I was left with the phone number, nothing happened. The room was like other reviews. The receptionist who contacted me on the same day was also indifferent. Very, I have gone through all the negative reviews on the Internet. Please don’t believe the reviews on the booking platform anymore. I have selected all the good ones and put them on the shelves. Thank you Kaohsiung Pavilion for letting me experience a terrible booking experience.
