特別要嘉許晚班二位櫃檯值班人員。接待相當親切，環境及設施說明相當清楚，還勞煩送冰塊真的很謝謝呢。一進大廳香氛氣息就令人愉悅，樓層上還有不同的香味，足以體現經營之用心。早餐以西式為主，菜色豐富且可口，服務人員環顧在側的體貼關懷，讓人舒心。唯一遺憾是客房備品毛巾質量單薄些，以這價位還有格調的飯店，是美中不足的地方，期許下次能有完美的體驗。

第二次入住～早餐跟點心都很好吃！服務人員每個都親切有禮貌！可惜停車場不在飯店內～之後到高雄一樣優先考慮喜達絲飯店。
