First of all, the CP value. How good the location is. It takes nearly 15 minutes to walk from the MRT station and the train station. There are no supermarkets nearby. It takes a long time to get in and out of the 11th floor of the building during peak hours...
As for the interior, the room is small enough. The business C suite I booked didn't have a single clothes hanger. The bathroom is just inside the door. You have to walk two steps to the bed and then it's gone. It's hard work to take photos in such a big size.
And the sound insulation is terrible! I was woken up by the next door at 8 o'clock in the morning. They were restrained but I could still chat with them. Don't be too exaggerated...
There are also a bunch of water pipes on the wall there. Not to mention it is still a factory-themed hotel...
