I don’t think I will stay here next time. Picture and actual is totally different.

The hotel is not located in the city centre. It took about 30-40 minutes to reach the hotel from the airport. There are some restaurants around and it is close to Hanshin Arena and night market. We took a early flight at 7.50am next day. The receptionist is very helpful not only arranging packed breakfast for four of us at 4.40am plus helping us to book a bigger taxi to the airport. We shall stay at this hotelIf we visited Kaohsiung next time.

Hotel Staff were very helpful & friendly . Hotel room is spacious . But maybe can improve toilet wash basin as water keep splashing out when face cleansing. Location quite convenient . Near MRT & near Shopping Mall. Buffet breakfast is great. Their Chinese restaurant is also yummy. My family likes capstone steakhouse as it has the best food too. Their delicacies also very yummy. I love their cushion amenities.

The overall experience is good, but the parking is not so good. The parking path and design is too bad and could be dangerous

Best hotel I stayed in Taiwan. Heard that celebrities stay there too during their tours.

Excellent service and location to the night market (5 minutes walking distance).

the hotel is alright, couldnt compliant anything, is just with this price point i could hv expereince something better.
