The room is very beautifully designed, the style I like! However, the view of the harbor from the window is average and a bit disappointing. I do not recommend booking this harbor view room type. The swimming pool is beautiful, but the gym is so small that I was stunned. There are not many types of breakfast, but the taste is average. It doesn't feel particularly amazing, which is a bit disappointing for me. The attitude of the service staff is very friendly, but they are not professional enough and have missed many issues that should be paid attention to. This is also a check-in experience that makes me feel that it is not in line with the autumn brand.

The overall style is high-end and comfortable. The paintings in the corner beside the bed are beautiful and the sofa is easy to sit on. Unfortunately, snacks and drinks in the room need to be purchased separately. There is no welcome gift. The TV picture quality is not very clear. It is difficult to connect the mobile phone to the TV. But I really like the Bose speakers in the room. You can connect to Bluetooth to play music and enjoy it. There is dust on the applicator heads on the hand lotion and body lotion. In addition, there are additional items (chlorine removal shower head/dyson ion clip) that can be borrowed for free👍🏻

InterContinental Hotel should be the best hotel in Kaohsiung at present. Because the building conditions make the movement between floors feel a bit far away, the design of the city and the room are quite detailed, especially the bathroom design of the bedroom is full of details and very comfortable to use. The hotel breakfast is very rich, but the taste is average. The gym is quite small, but there is a professional body fat meter that can help you measure for free. This trip was too rushed and there was no time to use other hotel facilities. I will come to see the swimming pool next time. It is worth mentioning that I left my headphones on the table when I was eating breakfast. The waiter saw it and helped me put it away, and remembered my room number and handed it to me. This service is very meticulous and worth extra points.

Fortunately, I checked in early and could complete the check-in procedures in advance. The service was perfect. I didn't expect to have to wait in the lobby for a long time! The bathroom equipment is great, the bathroom and toilet are separated, the bathtub curtains, lighting design, complete automation equipment, broad vision, and a sense of security are rare in other hotels. Each venue feels a little cramped for space, which is the only shortcoming. Maybe there aren’t enough floors on each floor, but it’s already commendable to be able to design it like this!
