The staffs can speak english really well. They are polite and willing to help. There is 24/7 common space at the lobby where you can have all flavor ice-cream, snacks, coffee and tea for free! The room is tidy. I love the bathroom that separates wet and dry part and there are soap and shampoo for women and men, also face wash and body lotion.

Very close to the subway station. Hotels in Cambridge are not bad, they are ok to stay in. I have stayed here many times, everyone is polite. There is breakfast, free ice cream, drinks, and a hall for meetings, all very good.
