The temperature in the swimming pool is very nice, staff is friendly as I do not know I have to wear swim hat for swimming so staffs send me one immediately, breakfast is okay and the room is quite comfortable compared with other hotels … Anyways I would recommend this hotel 🏨, I believe I will stay this hotel next time

A bit far from MRT but acceptable, good service and nice breakfast ， will go again if visiting Kaohsiung next time .

Good location, underground parking is convenient. The room is very clean, although it is a hotel with a bit of history, the lamps and furniture are a bit old, but they are very clean and tidy, there is no peculiar smell, the service attitude of the staff is very friendly, it is very comfortable to live in, the bed is good to sleep, the first time I met I was amazed that the toilet flusher has a drying function. It's a pity that this check-in project does not come with breakfast, so I couldn't try it. Will recommend to other friends again.

We’ve stayed in Marriotts around the world and this was our favorite! The hotel is beautiful with top-notch service. Incredible breakfast and the most amazing spa/pool I’ve ever seen. Wish we had stayed longer! Definitely coming back.

There are few parking spaces in the main part of the hotel, first come first win But there will be staff to guide parking, which is great It's no problem if you want to check in early in the morning. The staff at the front desk are friendly~ I wish there was an option for late check-in and late check-out For example, the normal time is check-in at 15:00 and check-out at 11:00. The late check-in plan period is 18:00 check-in and 13:00 check-out Other hotels offer such a plan. Your hotel may also consider following up.

Can sense the attention paid in designing the room - comfortable bed - bedside charging (usb ports included) - media panel (hdmi port, audio etc… also located bedside) - 49 inch tv is big enough given distance from bed to tv - complimentary mini bar items (though it is just two small bottles of soft drinks and 2 packets of snacks that is not refilled enough though I stayed two nights) - pillow menu - stand-alone bathtub comes with a view! - speakers in room and toilet negatives - tv no Chromecast - duvet could be thicker - bath towels could be thicker - bedside clock cum usb speaker audio quality quite poor - non carpeted floor may not be to everyone’s liking (cold)

The location is okay and it is near to train. Just a walking distance only. The breakfast is disappointing. Nothing much at the buffet tray.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. It is very close to Jielian Station and is very convenient. What I appreciate most is that you can drink beer from 6 to 10 pm in the evening. There are sports equipment and a laundry room. The hygiene problem can be improved because two small cockroaches were found on the bed. Very comfortable, the room is quite big, the wifi is not smooth and a bit slow, the service staff is very good, polite and patient! If I go to Kaohsiung again, I will probably stay here again! I hope the hygiene problem has improved next time I stay.

Because of the yellow duck, I stayed at the Hanshen Hotel in Kaohsiung. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was greeted by the scent of flowers and the fragrance was everywhere. For this family trip, the two adults and one child were arranged in a side room on the high floor. The night city view was beautiful. The room was clean and very comfortable to sleep on! The housekeeping staff you meet in the corridor will also smile and say hello, which makes you feel friendly. The welcome fruit in the room is great!

There is an elevator there to facilitate tourists carrying luggage home. Room: The basic equipment is complete, the bed is not very soft, the space is spacious, and it is inconvenient that there is no socket near the bed. Reception: Since I arrived early, my luggage was stored at the hotel for free. Surprisingly, the front desk also cared about the customer's situation. Just like on Thursday and Friday, Hong Kong was flooded everywhere. The front desk also cared about me and talked to me about the situation. It was very kind! On the first night, I accidentally slipped in the bathroom and hit my toe on the bathtub, causing bleeding and red heel. I went downstairs and asked the front desk for help. After understanding the situation, the front desk immediately provided me with some medicines and OK boxes, and then arranged for ice cubes to be sent directly to the room, which was very considerate. When leaving and returning to the hotel, the front desk staff greeted or nodded, which was quite enthusiastic. The most beautiful scenery in Taiwan is its people. This saying is true.
