Stayed for 7 days on business. The best thing is a gym adjacent to the hotel with a swimming pool, machines and a sauna. Very good wifi connection. Breakfast and food offer for dinner in the restaurant downstairs is nice overall as well. Rooms are standard but comfortable. The only thing is that aircon is noisy but can be disconnected. An excellent experience overall!

Upon arrival very early in the day & after flying for twenty-plus hours our rooms weren’t ready so not off to a good start. They did get us into rooms within the following hour- problem solved. The rooms are relatively small but big enough, clean and comfy. The room had a fridge but no coffee maker 😱. Room service was always prompt in coming to the rescue getting me my caffeine fix ☕️. I really enjoyed going to the indoor pool and sauna. On the way there’s amazing art 🖼️ work displayed. Also, a grand piano in the lobby for guests made for some soothing sounds 🎶 ☺️. Reception (Roman, Alex & Victoria) were super helpful during our 3wk stay. The food was good & reasonably priced. Aidana took good care of our appetites. Management checked on how we were doing regularly.

Our first time in Kazakhstan for business. The food staff, front desk personnel are wonderful. If we needed something they took care to see we were taken care of. Met managers and again very helpful. Thank you all for a comfortable 22 night stay.

Отель не соответствует своим звездам и стоимости. Старое и вонючее ковровое покрытие в коридорах и в номерах. От плохого запаха пропало желание оставаться в этом отеле, но поскольку все оплачено, пришлось оставаться и терпеть пребывание. Чемодан на ресепшен приходиться тащить по ступеням, нет сотрудника, который мог бы помочь и нет плавного подъема, чтобы катить чемодан на колесах. Встречает на ресепшене грустный сотрудник, который вяло отвечает на вопросы. Отель соответствует максимум 3* и очень сильно переоценен. В следующий в старом и вонючем отеле оставаться не буду.

Room was clean but very basic with heater that was maybe little bit too small for room. Service in hotel is ok but quite slow. Breakfast simple and quite heavily in unhealthy side. Very difficult to eat healthy in morning. Car parking was available for free.
