The staff were very nice. Our room was clean. I loved the multiple pools at the hotel. The breakfast was very good. I would definitely recommend to families with children.

The rooms are clean, the shower and toilet are clean, the beds are comfortable, the air conditioning is great. The staff is amazing, they are helpful in every way. A great business that deserves more than 3*. We stayed in two rooms with my mother, father, wife and daughter for 3 nights. It is very good that both the thermal pools and the swimming pools are open for use 24 hours a day. And I would like to greet the pet-friendly staff again. I recommend you to make a reservation without hesitation.

The property needs updating and general cleaning, breakfast is ordinary, service is good only at the reception. If possible, it is better to stay at another hotel

Sakin bir zamanda bulunduk, kalabalık olduğunda farklı değerlendirilebilir. 24 saat hizmet veren kapalı ve açık küçük termal havuzu, Karahayıt'ın şifalı suyu hoşumuza gitti. Odaları klimalı, temiz, basit ve ihtiyacı karşılayacak şekilde düzenlenmiş. Bazılarının balkonu var. Sadece sabah kahvaltısı ücrete dahil ve yeterliydi. Fiyatı uygun.

Very good in terms of cleanliness, hygiene and location. Staff also very professional and very funny. Breakfast it was good. Vegetables are fresh and foods are fresh. Inside the room there is natural hot water(from the Pamukkale). Thank you all the staff.

We visited the hotel as family (7yo). The rooms were clean and spacious, the pools (hot and cold) were open 24h hours which enjoyed especially the small one. The breakfast was ok, in summary did we enjoyed a really great time there.

Nice new hotel with few rooms. Although the indoor pool is small, it has outdoor pool and indoor jacuzzi, sauna and hamam. The rooms are very spacious with heating from the floor and the bathrooms have big tanks to dip into the thermal water. The staff is very helpful and the location is as central as it gets. The only downside for us was the restaurant (we were there mid-winter) which had a limited menu but just a few steps outside the hotel are some good restaurants so this was not an issue also.

The rooms were clean, the hotel was spacious, the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. The sheets and rooms were clean. Also, thermal water comes to every room. The breakfast was also very good. Whenever I come to Pamukkale, this hotel is on my mind and I can recommend it to all my friends with peace of mind.

The hotel exceeded my expectations! In real life it is better than in the photo. The rooms are luxurious, the floor is suspect, bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, water, tea, coffee are all in the room. There is a minibar for an additional fee. The prices are very affordable. The staff is beyond praise!!! The guy at the reception, Ozan, is a great master of his craft!!! He gets 10 out of 10! This is very rare in this region. Availability of swimming pools, and there are 4 of them! With water heating up to +32-33 degrees, they work 24/7. We just need to update the SPA area a little and we can get 5 stars! I recommend it to everyone 100%!!! There are a lot of minuses and absolutely everyone smokes, because of this we had to close the window and sleep with air conditioning. But here everyone smokes everywhere, except indoors, they smoke a lot... but this does not apply to the hotel.

Comfortable and clean hotel, with nice warm rooms and beds, beautiful relaxation areas. All the pools, both inside and outside, are really hot!!! The staff is nice, thank you for the comfortable stay! It is very convenient to get to the travertines and Pamukkale by bus, taxi or on foot.

4 kişilik bir aile olarak kaldığımız oda ferah ve temizdi. Açık ve kapalı havuzlarının 24 saat kullanılması büyük bir artı bence. Havuzlar da temizdi. Kahvaltısını da çok beğendim. Bunların ötesinde otelde unuttuğumuz kıyafeti (eve döndüğümüzde farkettik) hemen bulup bizle iletişime geçmeleri on numara bir davranış. Teşekkürler her şey için🌸
