入住流程複雜，要自行打電話check in，但都沒有收到大門密碼，門鎖設計複雜，壞了出入不能，擾攘一整晚，酒店反指我多次誤按拒絶賠償，我以後都不會再住grand base旗下的酒店

房間很大以及十分整潔，暖氣也很足夠，特別是浴室的暖氣十分方便！房間有洗衣機以及烘乾的風扇。唯一的缺點就是浴缸沒有辦法停止排水，應該是開關壞了。

I strongly felt the disadvantage of not having staff stationed there. There were not enough towels and amenities for the number of people, and tissues and toilet paper were not replenished.
Although it is unavoidable to operate with a small number of people (or no staff stationed), I think it is essential to have a support system in place.
It's a shame because the accommodation fees are high for this area.

There is 4 parking spots on the property, but they aren't for guests? I parked in one of the three open and was called to move my car because it was the owner's spot. I was told to take it to paid parking.
Room was amazing however. Water pressure in the shower was great.
