Slow check in
The ****** experience was not that good,
It seems like they do you a favor to let you play,
Instead of appreciate the guests,
Unprofessional ruling from the floor manger,
They ask you not to speak at any language besides English but they will speak Russian and Greek and Turkish and it is ok?!?!?

Geçen sene de aynı otelde kalmıştık. O zaman 4 kişiydik çok beğendiğimiz için başka arkadaşlarımıza tavsiye ettik ve bu sene 9 kişi gittik. hepsi çok memnun olarak geri döndü. Geçen sene olduğu gibi kalite ve güler yüzlü hizmet anlayışı değişmemiş. Girişte Halkla ilişkiler Hatice Dalan Hanım güler yüzlü karşılayıp otel ile ilgili bilgiler verdi. her isteğimizi güler yüzle karşılayıp çözüm sundu kendisine ayrıca teşekkürlerimizi sunuyoruz. Otel personelinin tümü aynı şekilde çözüm odaklı ve çok güler yüzlü. tüm personele ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederim. Odalar ve otelin eski olduğunu bilerek geldim otelinize ve buna rağmen odanın temizliğinden son derece memnun kaldım. Eskiyi temizlemek ne kadar zordur biliyoruz ama gerçekten mis gibi ve tertemizdi odamız. Personelinizin geneli zaten çok güler yüzlü. Emeği geçenlerin emeğine sağlık😊
