Myślę, że dwie gwiazdki dla hotelu to wystarczy. I nie Mercury, tylko nie wiadomo co. Nie rozumiem, jak takie coś należy do sieci accoru? Hotel stary, z odrapanymi ścianami w pokoju, brudny, ciemny, bez światła, z budową za oknem. W covidowych czasach w pokojach sprzątają tylko na życzenie. Jeśli zapomnisz poprosić w recepcji, mieszkasz ze śmieciami. W restauracji wyjące telewizory i mecze jak w barach na dworcach. Spędziliśmy tam niestety tydzień i o tydzień za dużo. Bardzo drogo, a jako platynowi goście musieliśmy płacić jeszcze za szlafroki. Powitalnego drinku nie było, chyba że herbata w plastikowej butelce to było to. I oczywiście maseczki się nie przyjęły. Cóż, i tak pewnie ciągle są chętni na takie byle co.

I really enjoyed staying here during a long weekend. Karpacz can be quite busy, but this hotel is located on a hill road, and therefore, in a quiet area. There is a parking available (which tends to be full on the weekend), but you have to pay it extra (no free parking on site). Breakfast was excellent, served in a huge room, with an incredible variety of foodstuffs. But the juice from the machine was really bad - you must solve this! The hotel has an indoor swiming pool (with children section), with jacuzzi, and sauna. This is really a family-friendly hotel, with a playroom for kids, full of toys. In fact, the hotel was full of families with children, and is also pet-friendly. Spacious bar with a good selection of beers. A bit annoying procedure when you want to charge drinks to your room: they ask you to "open a credit" in the reception... This is a nasty procedure that ALL hotels should ban, since it denotes lack of trust in the clients, and makes clients feel uncorfortable. Some staff had trouble with english, but you can survive with some german. Would definitely come back, despite of the opportunities for improvement.

Good location to town centre, small beginner slope and ski school across the road. Common areas are recently refurbished, children playroom and swimming pool were excellent. Rooms are dated but very clean and comfortable enough. Spa treatments were very good and extremely reasonably priced. We enjoyed our stay !

Obiekt ma już swoje lata co widać gołym okiem. Pokój i łazienka ok chociaż mały remont i odświeżenie by się przydało. Lobby i bar odnowiona. Fajna sala zabaw dla dzieci. Restauracja czynna od 13 wiec jeśli która chce się napić kawy z jakimś deserem to niestety przekąski dopiero od 13. Obsługa miła i kompetentna.

The location was quite good near the main street in the city center. The staff was attentive and friendly. The building was clean. The lobby was newly renovated. There was a pool but small. The breakfast buffet was pricy for Poland (50zl a person) but not too festive. The ceiling in the dinning area was stained and the ceiling tiles were broken and, some, slightly coming out (like in 1-star motel). There was a problem with my reservation and both Orbitz and the Hotel blamed each other. It took 5h hours of my weekend trip and 6 agents (yes, 6) to fix this. Disappointing. Orbitz and Mercure need to review their reservation systems. The hotel needs to fix the ceiling in the dinning room. Unacceptable, in a hotel that costs (in Poland) near $100 a night.

nice indoor swimming pool, nice restaurant. reception did not speak english at all, only german and polish, luckily my wife is polish otherwise we wouldn't be able to check in. the room is outdated and could use a refurbishment

Hotel, czasy świetności ma już za sobą, tzn. Wystrój lobby i baru odświeżony, natomiast pokoje, resturacja, korytarze wymagają renowacji. Lokalizacja jest dużym plusem, przyjemne otoczenie bez zgiełku, a nadal blisko innych atrakcji Karpacza. Dużym atutem balkon, ale drzwi na niego prowadzące, jak cała reszta pokoju, zmęczone, nie wiadomo czy pociągać za klamkę z obawy przed uszkodzeniem. Brak bufetu śniadaniowego prawdopodobnie ze względu na obostrzenia, ale nie widzę konsekwencji. Bufet nie, ale goście chodzący po całym hotelu wraz z obsługa bez maseczek są OK. Na śniadaniu każda bułeczka pakowana do osobnego worka (mając tak ogromny problem w naszym kraju z recyklingiem odpadów, pakowanie KAŻDEJ bułki do osobnego foliowego worka jest po prostu zatrważająca). Tragiczna jakość składników "zestawu" Śniadaniowego oczekującego na każdym stole. Tragiczna jakość pieczywa. Ogólnie rzecz ujmując to drugie najgorsze śniadanie jakie miałem okazję jeść z hotelu.
