"The well-located hotel with many facilities. Pool and sauna, children's zone, Ping pong, footballers - it's on plus. There was also a nice live music in the evening - you played beautifully on the violin. Services at the bar are less kind but they had a boiler so maybe that's why."

"We stayed at this hotel for a few days at the beginning of October, arriving on October 6th, 2025, and were very pleasantly surprised. There was plenty of free parking at the hotel. The welcome and check-in process with a young woman at reception was very friendly and went smoothly. She explained and showed us everything. We had room 2206 on the second floor. It was a family room with a small staircase leading up to the second, smaller bedroom. Our room had a balcony overlooking the forest. The room was very clean and comfortable, although it did have one minor flaw. The carpet in the entrance area had several stains that the cleaning staff should have removed, and the electrical outlet next to the towel warmer in the bathroom kept popping out when it was used. These are just minor issues that can easily be resolved. The bathroom, with heated flooring, was small but had a shower, which was perfectly adequate. Adjacent to the lobby was a small bar where you could get a drink. We really enjoyed the Polanka buffet restaurant. The breakfast selection was excellent. There was even a very good Moët & Chandon champagne bar for self-service. We didn't use the sauna or the pools. The hotel is in a prime location, not far from the pedestrian zone, where countless restaurants and cafes are located. It's just a few minutes' walk. "We were in this hotel during the summer break and on 1st August. This hotel has many guests during the main season. During the summer break the hotel was full of kids and also full of people. On 1st August the hotel was like a ghost town. We were almost alone in the hotel and that was really nice. Summary: Good trip, but we didn’t like the cleaning service and the kids in the wellness. What we liked: 1. Outside heated pool – open until 22:00. Children are banned after 21:00, but this was the main problem, because nobody was checking it, so there was almost no chance to relax after these hours. 2. Breakfast was very nice, there was everything you needed. 3. Modern hotel – we had a standard room, and it was spacious and modern. 4. The whole wellness area was nice, but a little bit crowded during the break. 5. The restaurant in the hotel is not overpriced, and I think the prices are fair. 6. This hotel complex looks very nice from the outside. 7. Plenty of space to park your car. 8. Charging station in the parking lot. What we didn’t like: 1. Reception staff is rude – especially the woman with black hair (such a big ego – no smile, nothing). 2. Overpriced parking: 30 PLN/day. 3. Cleaning service is not doing its job – we had the sign to clean the room, but they didn’t come (we stayed for 4 days). They only came on the last day – MAIN MINUS POINT. 4. Wellness full of kids – there were a lot of children in the evening after 21:00, even though they are banned after that time. 5. Drinks in the hotel are very overpriced in the pool area."

"Hotel where we recently stayed for a week. Small dark room with sloping walls in the roof. You have everything you need, but a few things could be better. Worn out mattresses, TV that is much too small with no foreign channels. So the room could use an update. Bad smell in the spa area, lack of ventilation? Too loud music in the sauna itself, not relaxing. Food top quality, breakfast and dinner, very tasty. Bar ok. Friendly staff in the bar, restaurant and wellness, unfortunately a smile is missing at reception. Customer friendliness could also be improved, for example we were obliged to pay immediately upon arrival. Payment in cash the next day was not allowed. Since we arrived on a Sunday, we had not yet exchanged cash. The first night had already been paid in advance. So everything had to be arranged immediately with the credit card, which meant we had additional exchange costs. They also try to pay for the credit card in Euro at their own poor exchange rate instead of in PLN. Fortunately, we now know the tricks through years of travel experience :-)"
