"A new and modern hotel with a large number of rooms. The indoor and outdoor pools were particularly positive, both being clean and well-maintained. Overall, the entire hotel made a very neat and stylish impression. However, breakfast and dinner weren't quite to our liking. Some of the dishes seemed a bit too heavy and didn't completely satisfy us. The children's area also didn't really impress us. We would have liked a bit more variety and better options for families. Overall, though, a nice, modern hotel with good facilities."

"The positive points: - The friendliness of the cleaning staff. - The breakfast buffet. - The spa. The negative points: - Total lack of soundproofing between rooms: The noisy conversations of other guests, as well as the sound of their televisions, made the stay particularly uncomfortable. - The outdated rooms: The room I was given had a strong smell of damp and mustiness, making it uncomfortably uncomfortable. The very next day, I informed a receptionist (a pleasant woman wearing glasses), who told me that the hotel was fully booked for the weekend and suggested I renew my request later. At the end of the weekend, seeing that many guests had left, I reiterated my request to another receptionist. She replied with contempt and sarcasm: "If you don't want this room, why should it be given to another guest?" — a shocking and disrespectful remark. I was hurt by this lack of consideration. Faced with this attitude, I decided to shorten my stay by one day, even though it had been fully paid for. This situation is unacceptable. - Lack of professionalism and tact from the reception staff: The cold and dismissive attitude of some staff members made my experience unpleasant, revealing a worrying lack of professionalism and consideration for customers."

"Hotel where we recently stayed for a week. Small dark room with sloping walls in the roof. You have everything you need, but a few things could be better. Worn out mattresses, TV that is much too small with no foreign channels. So the room could use an update. Bad smell in the spa area, lack of ventilation? Too loud music in the sauna itself, not relaxing. Food top quality, breakfast and dinner, very tasty. Bar ok. Friendly staff in the bar, restaurant and wellness, unfortunately a smile is missing at reception. Customer friendliness could also be improved, for example we were obliged to pay immediately upon arrival. Payment in cash the next day was not allowed. Since we arrived on a Sunday, we had not yet exchanged cash. The first night had already been paid in advance. So everything had to be arranged immediately with the credit card, which meant we had additional exchange costs. They also try to pay for the credit card in Euro at their own poor exchange rate instead of in PLN. Fortunately, we now know the tricks through years of travel experience :-)"
