Hotel waar wij onlangs een week verbleven. Kleine donkere kamer met schuine muren in het dak. Je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt maar er kunnen toch wel een paar dingen beter. Versleten matrassen, veel te kleine TV met geen enkele buitenlandse zender. Kamer kan dus een update gebruiken. Vieze geur in de spa ruimte, gebrek aan verluchting? Te luide muziek in de sauna zelf, niet ontspannend zo. Eten top kwaliteit, ontbijt en diner, zeer lekker. Bar ok. Vriendelijk personeel in bar, restaurant en wellness, bij de receptie ontbreekt helaas een glimlach. Klantvriendelijkheid kan ook beter, zo moesten wij dadelijk bij aankomst verplicht betalen. De dag erop cash betalen mocht niet. Vermits wij op een zondag aankwamen hadden wij nog geen cash omgewisseld. De eerste nacht was trouwens al als voorschot betaald. Dus moest alles dadelijk met de kredietkaart geregeld worden waardoor wij bijkomende wisselkosten hadden. Ook proberen ze de kredietkaart in Euro aan hun eigen slechte wisselkoers af te rekenen ipv in PLN. Gelukkig kennen wij door jarenlange reiservaring de truckjes ondertussen :-)

A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year.

Stanowczo odradzam "hotel", cena owszem atrakcyjna ale na tym koniec... cały pobyt utrudzia opryskliwa niemila wręcz z bazaru obsługa "hotelu"... Po za tym prawdopodobnie do wody bieżącej dodawane są jakieś środki chemiczne typu chlor i moze u osób wrażliwych wystąpić silna alergia!

Absurdalne zasady zapisanywania gości na saunę, pierwszego dnia wpisywali się na cały pobyt po 10 razy i nie można było w ogóle skorzystać... Gorszej obsługi hotelu nie widziałem, arogancja, nieuprzejmość i brak jakiegokolwiek wiedzy na temat swojej pracy przekreśla to miejsce. Po za tym pokój czysty, jedzenie mało urozmaicone, cały czas to samo i wieczne braki w bemarach. Wyglądało to tak jakby gość miał wypić herbatę i zagryźć nieobranymi ogórkami lub brudną od piachu rzodkiewką.... Jeśli kogoś kusi dobra cena to niech się nie zwiedzie, bo będą rozczarowania.

Przyjeżdżamy do hotelu od 2015 r. Niestety z roku na rok widać znaczące pogorszenie się jakości usług. Po pierwsze - recepcjonistka okłamała mnie podczas rezerwacji obiecując pokój na I piętrze (zależało mi, ponieważ byłam z małym pieskiem, z którym muszę często wychodzić). Otrzymałam pokój na półpiętrze do III a pani twierdziła, że przecież i tak chodzić trzeba (przejechałam pół Polski, żeby usłyszeć coś takiego). Po drugie - wszystko jest na NIE. Poprosiłam o otwarcie drzwi z drugiej strony, żeby było mi szybciej schodzić z pieskiem (nie mogę jeździć windą) - NIE. Poprosiłam o przechowanie karmy (w pokoju brak lodówki i wspólnej też nie ma) - NIE. Psa NIE wolno zostawiać w pokoju bez opieki i do restauracji też NIE wolno z nim wejść. Trzeba biegać na taras baru. Recepcja prosi o dogadanie się z kuchnią na wychodzenie z jedzeniem a kuchnia pyta, czy recepcja wie. Pracownicy nie przekazują sobie informacji i każdy kolejny kelner goni gościa

The room was large and very clean. It was cleaned daily, the bathroom was comfortable and enough for two people. Lots of choice when it comes to food, but the location of the room on the side street is not so good. Noisy, lots of vehicles on the road.
