General issue is that the restaurant is to small when the hotel is fully booked, same applies for the car parking. Overall the hotel is ok but for what is offered overpriced. Breakfast average, nothing special…

Rezeption: So gut wie niemand grüßt einen, wenn man vorbeigeht. Wenn dann durch die Aussagen (englisch) noch klar wird, dass man kein polnisch spricht, die Person gegenüber aber dennoch dauerhaft polnisch spricht, finde ich das sehr unsympathisch und ignorant.
Zimmer: Die Bilder sind super gemacht. Die Wahrheit sieht leider anders aus. Bademantel, etliche Handtücher (super), aber leider nur einen Haken im Bad. Unpraktisch. Ansonsten einfach sehr laut durch den Straßenverkehr und das Restaurant. Lärm beginnt 6:30 Uhr und endet etwa 0 Uhr.
Wellness: Tolle Bilder. Der Innenpool ist aber super klein und schwimmen einfach kaum möglich. Sobald dort 3 Leute einfach drin sind und quatschen, aber nicht schwimmen, ist es viel zu klein. Leider haben sich auch die wenigstens an die Wellness Regeln gehalten.
Restaurant Gusto: Wenn man mal so richtig laut und unentspannt essen möchte, ist man hier richtig. Egal ob morgens oder abends, es ist super unangenehm. Hinzukommt noch die Unfreundlichkeit des Personals.
Wir hatten uns unfassbar auf den Urlaub gefreut und wurden arg enttäuscht. Leider werden wir nicht wiederkommen.

Nice place, but very loud. Might get very crowded with extremely noisy families. The breakfast was not hygienic, and food on offer was touched by multiple children.

We spent here one week and we were very satisfied. Breakfasts and dinners were excellent. We used indoor and outdoor pools and spa. Hotel itself consists from several buildings connects via corridors.

Lovely ski-spa hotel, very modern and clean with several buildings around the pool spa.
Really nice spa, indoor and outdoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna for evenings after a day in the mountains.
Approx. 15 mins walk from Karpacz centre for evening options, although the on site restaurant is pretty decent for a hotel.
Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice above and beyond the standard 'meat-and-bread' heavy Polish hotels. Roasted hams, fresh salads, hot waffles, cakes and smoothies.
We definitely would stay again next time in Karpacz.
