何回も訪れています 今回は､1年ぶりでした この1年の間に､二匹いた飼い犬の一匹が亡くなりました その犬のことを覚えていてくださり､レストランでは以前と同じ場所に 座らせていただき､犬用のカゴも2個用意してくださいました 亡くなった犬への水の杯もテーブルに飾っていただきました ありがとうございます お勧めいただいたスパークリングワイン､白ワイン､赤ワインとも いつも通りとても美味しく頂きました 料理の量もちょうどいいです 今までは犬が外にでることができる前庭つきの1階に泊まっていたのですが 今回は初めて2階に泊まりました 見晴らしが良く､落ち着いていて､1階とは違う良さがありました スタッフの方は相変わらずとても親切でリラックスできました

最初からペット同伴のホテルとして建設されているので立地も構造も完璧です。 軽井沢の中心部からは離れていますが、その分静かで散歩もしやすいです。 レジーナはどこも安定して素晴らしいのですが、規模もコスパも私はこちらが一番好きです。 ペット連れは荷物が多いので車を停めてある場所と部屋と近いのでとても助かります。 お料理も軽いフレンチで美味しいです。 お部屋はすべてリバーサイドでフロントを通らずにすぐにお散歩コースへ出られます。ドッグランも、グルーミングルームもあります。もちろんワンコのアメニティはすべて揃っています。 毎年伺うのが楽しみです。

ペット同伴で行く事が出来る宿として気になっていました。 当日はあいにくの雨となりましたが、エントランスのお迎えから大変親切丁寧無対応でした。 ホテルスタッフは笑顔が絶えず、家族全員が楽しく過ごすことが出来ましたが、我が家の心博くん(トイプードル)が一番くつろげたと思います。 ドックランは晴れ間をみて短時間でしたが、また利用したいと思います。 次回訪問が楽しみです。 スタッフの皆様、ありがとうございました。

何度もリピートしています。 お料理もサービスも問題なし。ここの共用ドッグランはレジーナ系列で唯一芝なのでお気に入り。 今回選んだお部屋リバーテラスデラックスは二階なので、用水沿いを散歩する人の目も気にならないし、ダイニングテーブルがあるのでワーケーションも無理なくできます。 洗面ボールは一つですが、両脇に十分な広さがあるので、化粧品等置いておいても邪魔になりません。 ドライヤーはReFaですが、シャワーヘッドはまだReFaではありません。 シーズンオフくらいの料金ならば最高なんですけど。。。
