何回も訪れています 今回は､1年ぶりでした この1年の間に､二匹いた飼い犬の一匹が亡くなりました その犬のことを覚えていてくださり､レストランでは以前と同じ場所に 座らせていただき､犬用のカゴも2個用意してくださいました 亡くなった犬への水の杯もテーブルに飾っていただきました ありがとうございます お勧めいただいたスパークリングワイン､白ワイン､赤ワインとも いつも通りとても美味しく頂きました 料理の量もちょうどいいです 今までは犬が外にでることができる前庭つきの1階に泊まっていたのですが 今回は初めて2階に泊まりました 見晴らしが良く､落ち着いていて､1階とは違う良さがありました スタッフの方は相変わらずとても親切でリラックスできました

最初からペット同伴のホテルとして建設されているので立地も構造も完璧です。 軽井沢の中心部からは離れていますが、その分静かで散歩もしやすいです。 レジーナはどこも安定して素晴らしいのですが、規模もコスパも私はこちらが一番好きです。 ペット連れは荷物が多いので車を停めてある場所と部屋と近いのでとても助かります。 お料理も軽いフレンチで美味しいです。 お部屋はすべてリバーサイドでフロントを通らずにすぐにお散歩コースへ出られます。ドッグランも、グルーミングルームもあります。もちろんワンコのアメニティはすべて揃っています。 毎年伺うのが楽しみです。

It's a pity that the food is at the same level as the family restaurant meal. The food is cold and I had it reheated, but I just heat it in the microwave. When I called the front desk because I wanted ice, it was said that it would be sold for 500 yen, and I was shocked! Even at business hotels, you can get ice for free, and at first-class hotels, ice is pre-installed in the rooms. It hurts when I use the provided towels in a rough manner, and I am sorry that I am using a worn-out towel. It's a very low-level hotel, and compared to a nearby pet-friendly hotel where I stayed at the same time, it's a big difference. I used another Regina before, but I didn't have a good impression, so it may not have been much different from here. I think it's this kind of hospitality because the management doesn't understand what a good hotel is. It is the first time that you will not be allowed to enter the room before the check-in time, which is definitely decided for arrival. A good hotel will let you in if the room is vacant, but never try to. If you leave your pet, you will be charged 1100 yen per hour, and even after the check-in time, you will not be able to put your pet in the room, so a deposit will be incurred until check-in. I think it's just a rip-off. Perhaps there is a big gap from what the hotel should be like. In any case, it seems that the management attitude is to exploit pets and those who want to stay, so I would like you to improve it. I will use it again if it is improved.
