房間餐廳都非常乾淨 酒店小清新風格，早餐也很符合親子胃口。打車從輕井澤車站過去單程10分鐘。走路去雲場池1公里。前台可以租電動自行車騎行去幾公里之外的教堂。還有泡湯項目哦哦！前台預約自己的私湯時間就行了

老式建築🏘️有特色還有温泉♨️.價格適中.周邊環境幽靜宜人.可能是舊建築就兩層樓.沒有電梯🛗.行李上下是自己扛.房間地毯好舊的。不抽煙還硬要給一個吸煙房.我們提出換不抽煙房.還要再加錢.當時預訂時候也沒有選擇是否吸煙房.這一點蠻敗興致的.語言又溝通不來.心裏不舒服！

酒店距輕井沢站步程約35分鐘，check out後予约有車送回車站，酒店環境優美，早餐全是自家蔬菜自家製作，非常美味和多樣化。

第二次入住，性價比高，早餐自助餐是我在日本酒店吃過最好的，另設有私人風呂時段，早上退房有shuttle bus 送去JR站，酒店步行至雲場池約15min

整個小鎮都很安靜，酒店離車站不近，又公交也可以打車，我記着人民幣好像80多。酒店夜景很好看，歐式風格。最好的是能泡湯，但泡完手指皮膚是皺皺巴巴的，不知道是不是温泉水。

非常好，房間很新，服務也比較國際化，周邊好多飯店，離輕井澤站也很近。店裡辦理房卡的速度也很快，還寄存行李。
